Good customer service, very helpful and efficient.

I booked my son’s party in March which got cancelled due to Covid-19, I asked for a refund and the staff were really helpful and arranged it right away, once this is all over I will definitely be trying it out again maybe just a year later thanks

Booking my friends stag do could not have been any easier using the online booking system. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we weren’t able to attend, however upon requesting a refund it was dealt with extremely fast despite them having furloughed staff. I could not recommend the service enough & will definitely not hesitate to re book in the future! Thanks Monica & everyone at Manchester Paintball Arena. All the best and see you soon.

All staff members were a great laugh and made sure we had an amazing time. Wonderful value for money and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

We went yesterday for my sons 11th birthday. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There were very efficient and made sure the day was safe and fun. The children all loved it and I was able to relax will a coffee. Loads of fun and would highly recommend.

Excellent paintball trip. Great games and attentive staff. Highly recommended and better than other paintballing experiences. The whole group loved the more fragile paintballs.

I recently contacted Manchester Paintball Arena to request raffle prize donations to help fundraising for a local football team.
Their customer service was excellent, they got back to me straight away and were happy to help me by providing a prize.
I was very impressed with their prompt and friendly customer service and their willingness to help out a local community football team.

Hi Jake, thanks for the review. Call our bookings line when you want to play again and tell them you left a 5 star tripadvisor review and we'll give you a 200 free paintball bonus per person.

Hi, does anyone have recommendations or advice for the party room hire? Booked for a group of 10 year olds and not sue whether to take own food, go to McDonalds or have pizza from the venue?. Also wondering if need to take extras of any kind? Thanks for any replies.

Hi, I work at Manchester Paintball Arena. Hopefully you get your questions answered by a previous customer also.
The pizza always surprises people. Very good quality (thin base pizza) however do consider how full you want them to be. Usually people go for one between two kids (10.5 inch Margarita), however we don't see any leftovers which may suggest people are usually not stuffed!
McDonald's is only 2 Min's away and we can ring your order through for you, so you have less waiting time.
As on your booking confirmation.......WARM CLOTHING for non-players, dress as if you were standing at the side of a football pitch for 90 Min's. Great for the players (who get very warm), not good for people not running around.
Bringing your own sandwiches etc is probably the cheapest option.
Order Pizza in advance only.
