Sala Vip LHR: boa experiência nesse Lounge em LHR. Quando estive, a sala estava cheia, mas ainda existiam lugares disponíveis. Gostei do conforto da sala no geral. A opção de alimentos é um pouco restrita. Boa opção de bebidas. Poucos banheiros.

This is THE most disgusting “lounge” I have ever been in. Literally had to leave it because of overcrowding and bathrooms that were not working but constantly in use. (Toilets did not flush.) Sitting across from the Sunglasses Boutique outside of Aspire was more pleasant. Staff was nice though.

This club is in Terminal 3 near the D gates. We arrived early and found it to be pleasant. We were welcomed in with no hassle about flight times. The breakfast food offerings were good and included scrambled eggs, sausage, fruits, coffee, juice, etc. The lounge got a bit crowded as early international flights got close but I did not see them turn anyone away. We will return if if London.

Nice service and GT by Filipa. Food was OK, everything was clean and many possibilities to charge my devices for the way back home.

Reading the glowing reviews on here I had high hopes for the lounge but my experience didn’t match that of others.
A 10minute wait to get in whilst negotiations took place with a large family - the second staff member on reception should have noticed this & dealt with the growing queue rather than tapping away at the computer with precise tunnel vision.
Found a seat & went to get a drink & food. An apology for the lack of wine glasses - no big deal- but poor quality, not quite chilled sauvignon blanc was barely palatable.
The food offer was minimal, a curry, a chicken dish or a pasta dish & a small cold selection. Works canteen quality at best. No sign of desserts.
The ambience was a bit grimy, toilets not in the best state & all in all I wish I’d spent my money in the champagne & oyster bar.
Needless to say, I won’t be visiting again.

We received the warmest welcome from Ruby upon arrival. Elena met us at our table with a kind greeting and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. The lounge was comfortable and accommodating for our family group and a nice perk from our Delta Medallion status. We visited the lounge during both layovers (going and coming) and will definitely return. Shower facilities were clean and a great refresh during our travel. Thank you to Ruby, Elena and the entire Aspire team for making us feel so welcomed.

My visit to Club Aspire was nothing short of amazing! Ruby was an extremely helpful attendant and was very helpful. The showers were very clean and neat, and a welcome comfort in between log haul flights. Between the complimentary buffet style food, open bar and showers, I would recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a bit of comfort on their journey.

Hi can someone tell me if denim shorts are allowed. I don't fancy wearing jeans on an 11 hour flight to somewhere hot. Also it says no flip flops, would that mean crocs too?

If you log on to our website which is executive lounges. com then locate the bristol page from the drop down menu then there is a food and drink menu available for you to check out.

On the website it says no tracksuit. Are they strict on this? As we are heading for an 11 hour flight don’t really want to wear jeans in the lounge. Thanks.
