Literally had the time of my life ! Never surfed before but they actually got me standing on the board surfing away ! 10/10 beat experience ever worth every penny ! Instructor was really fun and friendly . Definitely want to come back again one day . Would highly recommend can’t be happier !

My wife and I had a private lesson. It was great fun and we both manged to stand up. Our instructor Dan was great from the initial dry practice on the beach to surfing in the sea. He was very patient and helpful throughout. He gave constant feedback and coaching to both of us, based on our individual abilities. We had over an hour in the water, but it passed in a flash. Would definitely recommend Dan and Adventure bay surf school to anyone wishing to try surfing.

Recently I have been learning to surf with Rosie, an instructor for adventure bay, she is brilliant and is always so encouraging and enthusiastic. I would absolutely recommend her to any family or friends that might be wanting to learn to surf!

Lifeguards Louie and Tom really made the experience for us here at whitsand bay. Honestly they deserve a good pint for all the work they do on the beach!

Really recommend adventure bay surf school!Tirian always enjoys going when he can make it,when we turned up for surf school and it was to flat he went paddle boarding with Rosie,who was a star!had so much patience and time for them especially when Tirian kept throwing himself off the board😅.when they returned he was so happy that he had spotted a spider crab,and the lovely Rosie jumped in and got it for him to hold!totally made his day🥰

Went here for a surf lesson and Rose ( I think that’s what her name was called) really helped me to get super tubed and get em barrel visions. Shout out to Dan as well. Super lovely guy and the payment of the lessons was super easy to do!

Excellent lesson. Tor the Australian is the best. I even managed to stand up after 10 minutes. Tor is a legend.

Came surfing here last summer and Tor provided an excellent beginners lesson. He was a really good teacher and took extra time to make sure those of us who were less confident in the water were okay.
Came back this summer but sadly no waves. We did hire some paddle boards from Alice though who also taught us some useful tips and tricks to get the most out of our hire.
Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of learning to surf or paddle board!

I had a surf lesson a few weeks ago, I’m just getting into surfing and wanted to build my skills. Everyone was so friendly down there and always ready to give advise and help! Thorr was our surf instructor and we went as a group of friends, we all improved so much throughout the lesson and learnt so much. What a great experience!!! A MUST do activity if you are at whitsands!

We finally decided to give paddle boarding a go and despite being completely new to this fabulous sport we had so much fun!
Al staff very friendly and in particular Alice was very helpful and nice, she gave us loads of helpful tips and info, highly recommended, will defo go back!
