Had the 500g schnitzel. Didn't disappoint. They're halfway through renovations so the place looked a mess. Food was nice though.

After reading the reviews on here we nearly didn't dine at the golf club. But, due to the fact we were staying so close , we decided to give it a go one lunchtime.
I am so glad we did.
The service was excellent as was the food. So good in fact that we had lunch there on three more occasions. It is not a "fine dining" restaurant and doesn't pretend to be. It is a club bistro. But I would rate the food as some of the best "club food" I have ever had.
All the seafood dishes I ordered were cooked to perfection. Even the chips were perfect.
I really can't understand the previous reviews. Maybe the management has changed or something since the last review.
Whatever the cause, I would highly recommend this place for a lovely meal.
Oh.. the view is quite spectacular too.

A self service café posing as a serious restaurant with dreadful food. Cold veg, stale salad, tough meet, soup like an enormous dip. Pathetic. So bad we actually enjoyed ourselves for the comedy value.

My husband d and I both ordered the steak and they were cooked perfectly one medium, one medium rare. Plenty of chips but the salad was very sparse and needs to be improved. Young Man who sitted us was very pleasant. Views are stunning.

Very disappointing food after a 2 hr drive to meet family. Garlic bread burnt, (how hard is it to make garlic bread ? )
The crumbed chicken required a steak knife to try to cut it, the grilled chicken was like dry cardboard and tasteless.
Fish basket pieces were so overfried they were dark brown and awful and crunched into pieces.
The only thing that was cooked ok was the chips.
Was so looking forward to an enjoyable lunch but that didn't happen.
I would not eat there again.

Poor quality food. the guy who seats you is extremely rude.
We left feeling ripped off and offended, not a nice night out.
We won’t be back and definitely wouldn’t recommend mollymook golf club to anyone.

Does management care about this club? Read your reviews and do something about improving the food, and especially the rude male staff member who seats you.

Very poor and overpriced club food. The $28 chicken schnitzel and the $28 salt & pepper calamari ‘special’ were inedible. We left full plates.
The atmosphere in the club is very 1980’s.
View overlooks Mollymook Beach and the ocean. The view is terrific.
Potential is there to be an amazing venue for locals and visitors, however has the vibe that visitors are not welcome! We were treated very rudely on arrival and checking in as visitors.
The Club Board must be stuck in the past. Haven’t noticed any improvements in the past 5 years. Removing the TAB was a huge negative.
For those not familiar with the Ulladulla/Milton/Mollymook/Narrawallee area there are several very nice cafes, restaurants, and wineries, but there isn’t really a ‘pub’.
The location of the Club has the most basic foundation for it to be an incredible venue for locals (and visitors), unfortunately it isn’t.
We holiday in the area monthly and have been to the Club dozens of times. Based on our experiences across our last 1/2 dozen visits we won’t spend another dollar there.

On holidays & went to Golf Club for dinner - food was largely inedible both times - beef roast of the day was very, very tough & side of roast vegetables were not cooked & inedible - chicken Parma was very dry - chips were ok - we went twice giving them a second try thinking we went on an off night the first time - but honestly food is less than ordinary - Restrauant prices for very poor quality cafeteria food - never going back!!

The food was average for a club meal..
Steak was 200g of fat and 100g meat and it’s expensive.. very disappointing meal and wouldn’t suggest going there

I arrived at the club with my Filipino wife. As she didn't have identification we were refused entry. It this been discriminating against my wife. Not happy will yet everyone know of you narrow minded policies.

I am in transit between general things and would like to know if my family and myself could have a quiet, subtle dinner with ourselves? Or, as the reviews suggest, will we bombarded with a completely outlandish plethora of premiums? From all accounts, hard premiums at that! Side note, I have a little very big interest in historic bags. Please visit me.

Thank you for contacting us. When visiting the Club, guests will need to sign in at Reception. Each person over the age of 18 will need to present ID and the temporary membership will last for 7-days.
The dress code is neat. Thongs are permitted, however sleeveless shirts for men are not.
We recommend that you make a booking if dining in the Club. This time of year is very busy.

Thanks for your message - yes we do have live music at the club. Every Friday night from 4pm - 7pm.
We have live entertainment everyday during the Christmas break from 27th Dec to 13th Jan.
We also provide live music on long weekends. We have all artists listed on our website under the "What's On" tab. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to give us a call on 02 4455 1911.

Hi Sunny I don't agree with your post at all. The bars (yes there were 2 bars open) were closed down due to the behaviour not because it couldn't be handled.

Years ago we would just call the cops and they knew how to handle troublemakers , much to our satisfaction. Now, in the years of political correctness , we all have to suffer because of people who have no respect for others and escape punishment for their actions. Inconveniencing well behaved patrons by closing the premises is not the answer - "bring back the good old days where we knew how to handle idiots"!!
