Angela was fantastic! Her massage was so relaxing and enjoyed by my husband and I very much. Thanks for making a trip out to our staycation spot.

Disappointing customer service and response time. The website booking system doesn’t work and then they took 3 business days to respond to emails, only to say they had no availability on the chosen day. I replied with another day and after another 3 business days, they finally responded saying they had no availability and to try a different massage business as they couldn’t accommodate. Ultimately taking over a week to tell me no. Would not recommend as they are too difficult to deal with regarding customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologise for the disappointment you experienced regarding our customer service and response time.
You are correct, our online booking system was not working properly when you sent through your enquiry (this issue was fixed after you brought this to our attention, so thank you). I also acknowledge that we were also unable to accommodate your preferred location and time, and understand the frustration caused by the delayed response.
Unfortunately, your email coincided with our busiest time of the week and year (Christmas school holidays), during which we were operating at full capacity and experiencing a high volume of enquiries.
As a small local business, we strive to provide the best service possible, especially during peak tourist seasons. However, while attending to client appointments, we can experience delays in responding to inquiries.
I understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

On a recent girls weekend, Angela come to our holiday house in Noraville for massages. We all commented how great the massages were (particularly with several of us also having regular massages at home). A great service to finish our weekend away. Would definitely rebook with Angela when we’re back in the Central Coast area. Thank you.

Angela and Anne Marie come to the house in which we were staying in Avoca. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all our guests, as they were very accommodating and adjusted the experience to suit each person. Everything was perfectly clean, great gentle music, and the hot towels at the end were lovely. Communication with Angela was excellent.

So, in my view, massage is one of those elusive things - you know what you think the experience should be like, but in reality it's rarely quite what you hoped for.
So, when you receive one that is amazing, you are overjoyed. And this is how it is with Angela. She will come to you, everything is super professional and clean, the music is calming without being 'eastern', and the massage itself is superb.
Angela is careful to tailor the pressure to what you like, but from my perspective she hit the perfect balance between being so gentle that it had no remedial effect and so firm that she got results but you were in agony the whole time.
Plus, being a remedial massage, you can get a health care rebate too!
Basically, 11/10 and unreservedly recommended!! Thanks Angela!!

During a recent stay at Crown Plaza Terrigal for my husbands birthday I surprised him with a massage! I booked The Massage Spa - Angela to come to our hotel (which was so convenient). Her service was absolutely amazing! From how lovely she was to deal with to book and then through to the whole treatment, Angela and her team are wonderful! The massages were amazing. I would highly recommend booking Angela if you're enjoying a nice relaxing time away.

My husband organised a couples massage for us and Angela was phenomenal. They came to our hotel room, and I was very impressed with the service. Angela knew what she was doing and what she was talking about, my husband has a few sports related injuries and they were able to work on giving him the best treatment.
We both enjoyed our massages and would recommend Angela and her company to everyone.

Wow! I had Angela come to the hotel we were staying at for a half hour massage each. She came early to set up: drawing blinds, setting up the table and cloth warmer, music and spraying the room to give the complete experience. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, her amazing hands and her friendliness. Ang, you were the best part of our holiday experience.....thank you, thank you!

Angela your hands are absolute magic! Thank you so much for coming out to our BnB and giving us the most amazing massage! My husband and I enjoyed it deeply and you were just so caring and gentle, especially with me despite being 6 months pregnant, you knew exactly what to do and I felt incredible after. I cannot wait to book you again during our next stay at Avoca. Thank you once again xx

We purchased a 1 hour couples massage for our daughter and son-in law for their honeymoon with The Massage Spa.They messaged to tell us "It was AMAZING", everything was brought to where they were staying and the girls were fantastic. Best ever present thanks to Angela and her team. :) Very highly recommend if you are staying in the Terrigal area and a great way to relax and unwind in your own place.
