So, my sister was visiting from Texas and we wanted something to do that was fun (sometimes hard to find in the winter time.) We went to Captured in Coventry - just the 2 of us - as everyone else was working. (We are middle-age) I had no expectations of "winning" since it was just us two. LOL - for real! We didn't even get past the 1st room but it was so much fun. The woman was very kind and the set up was fabulous! I definitely will go back again (with more people) and try again.

I went with my 2 adult daughters and we had a great time. The"puzzles" were very clever and full of "surprises." We tried the hardest room and didn't finish but returned for a discounted "redo" and was able to escape!

We went back to Captured in Coventry for our first escape room post pandemic and it did not disappoint. The pirate room was definitely up to the high standards that we are used to at CiC. We now have over 35 rooms under our belt, and CiC have some of the best we have encountered.
The mix of physical, mental, and observational puzzles along with the spot on set decoration make this immersive escape adventure in the top 5 of our list of great rooms.
And we can never say enough good things about the staff at CiC. Our guide that day was our guide from a previous room, and though I forget her name (I am terrible with names) she is one of our favorite guides. She has such enthusiasm for the job and it really feels like she is invested in if we are able to escape or not.
I will say that we are extremely pleased that we still hold the record for the Alice in Wonderland room. And even though we missed the Pirates record by about 6 minutes, we fully enjoyed the room and hope we make it onto the wall. <3

If you are looking for a fun time to spend with kids or friends this is the place. My grandchildren and I have lots of fun figuring out at the clues and locks. We will be back again.

Loved it! I have been to quite a few escape rooms and this was AMAZING. Not only were the clues fun and difficult, but the staff was super friendly, and made the experience even better. Will definitely be back again!

Great fun with friends! Staff is so friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone. I will be going back to do another room.

We have done several escape rooms in different cities on the east coast and have enjoyed most but this room was on a different level. The theming of the room was spot on and made you feel you had just stepped right into Wonderland. The puzzles were a good mix of simple key/combo locks to cognitive brain teasers. A couple of surprises in the game as well that we had never come across before. The game was basically sequential but non-linear enough to allow individuals to work on different puzzles, which helped to keep the game going. The staff (and owners) were friendly and professional.
The only recommendations we would have is to install one more monitor available so that you do not have to keep going back to the only one there. Also, it would be helpful to state on your website where the business is in the mall to make it easier for out of towners to know which entrance to use (Closer to Gabe's seems to be the best?)

This was our first time going to an Escape Room and it did not disappoint. Everyone had a great time and could help find clues, from the youngest 8 and 11 year olds, the teenagers and adults. We all loved it. They had very clever ways to hide things and ways of figuring things out. The staff was wonderful too. So friendly and helpful! Can't wait to try another room when we go back to visit our friends in PA!

This was our first escape room experience and we loved it! We did the pirate room and it was fun and challenging. We can't wait to do another one! The staff is excellent! The best customer service!

Captured in Coventry was so much fun! We had a great time and are already planning on going back. Highly recommend to anyone interested in challenging them self while having fun!
