Don't go to their new years eve party to expensive for what they give you.i rather stay home and watch tv after going to this party.they make it so u got to pay for 4 people per lane whether you have 4 bowlers or not. Took to many phone calls to book and they don't return calls.they give you one sip of champagne in a big cup. I could of spit more then the amount of champagne they gave you.the bar closed to early. No one wore a mask not even the help.they gave lousy food choices n made it hot food to eat while u were trying to bowl. Balls kept getting stuck. The other people who owned it before at least gave you a cold buffet n a chance at door prices the bar stayed open late. This corporation that has it now charged way to much for what they gave you.they even charged 27 dollars in corporate tax n then tax on top of that.what a rip off for sure. Never again.

Four of us decided we needed to get out and we went bowling. COVID restrictions are in place and followed. We went early so not too many people bowling. All employees wore masks and sanitizing of equipment aligned with state standards. Had a good time, will go back.

It was a good experience. Though you have to get the ball yourself however they sanitize after each guest. The bowling shoe I got was so old and worn out.

Absolute worst service. Rented the “clutch lanes” was harassed multiple times by staff while 5 adults tried to enjoy bowling. Was followed out by staff after purchasing take out at their bar after tipping very well (mean while we are carrying their closed take out beer into our limo) while they are saying we cannot take it out. Horrible service and staff. Cheap ghetto place do not go

Fun time bowling here with friends and kids. They have a "glow bowling" special where you can bowl for 2 hours in the afternoon. Tried the pizza which wasn't great but it's not about the food. Friendly and helpful staff.

A great place to go bowling for the family plus an arcade and great food also they have an adult bar fun times

I want to begin by stating that a 1 Star review is being generous. I recently held my daughter's 5th birthday at Berks Lanes, and it was the biggest nightmare from beginning to end. When I checked in with the "manager," I should have foreseen how the day was going to unfold. We started the party having to wait for our scheduled time as there was tournament on the lanes. However, this is nothing compared to the chaos that would later ensue.
When my daughter’s 20 guests were done bowling, we headed back to the party room. When we entered the party room, I was outraged to find that another party was sharing the same room!! Besides it being very impersonal, it presented MANY problems throughout our allotted 45 minutes in the room. Besides the adults and children feeling uncomfortable, food took forever to come out (I personally ran 4 trips from the kitchen to the party room), drinks were flat and I had to request another drink choice (which took even longer), utensils, napkins, and cups were forgotten and guests of mine had to pitch in to retrieve all of these items.
When it was time to lite my daughter’s cake, there was a baby from the other party crying (not their fault but fault of Berks Lanes for even having another party in there). It made it very difficult to even hear the guests singing. However, I did not even touch on the worst part of the day. When I went to the manager to inform her of our terrible experience, she immediately started blaming the teenager in charge of the party, stating he should have asked for help. She tried to defend herself by saying that she did ask the teenager if he needed help. WHAT A JOKE! She not once went back to the party room to see for herself. A good manager would have pitched in bringing food out as well as other needed items. She took off his tip to try to make it right when our bill was presented. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Taking money from a teenager to make up for her lack of management of her facility. I informed her that he WILL receive the tip, but the deduction to my bill will still stand.
And it still gets worse… I recently found that several cards that had money and gift cards were never received. SHAME ON BERKS LANES FOR THIS DEBACLE.

We love this bowling alley. It has much more than just bowling. The pool tables are awesome and the music is versatile and up to date. I'd recommend this place for a friendly family night as well as a night out with the girls...

My friends and I went to Berks Lanes for midnight bowling. The line was out the door. Our problem wasn't with waiting our problem was when we got up to the front being told we would have to be added to somebody else's Lane. I didn't want to bowl with anybody else and neither did my friends. Not only that but I can't imagine the other customers surprised when people come over to be added to your lane and you're forced to share your time that you paid for with them. After that experience I am not quick to go back or recommend this place to anyone. If you're going to go go during the day, never during midnight bowling.

I'm sorry to hear that your experience at our center wasn't wonderful. Please feel free to call Berks Lanes and ask for myself or Brad so that we can find out exactly what happened and fix any future problems. Hope that we can make this better.

I went to Berks Lanes on my birthday with family and friends! The food was really good and the place had a very friendly atmosphere. The game room and the cookies were a plus! The music was a blend of everything with a video included...we danced our butts down the lanes! We will definitely return with other family and friends because you made midnight bowlers out of us!
