This is an absolute for families with kids probably 10 and up or for couples for a date night. This place is like hitting vacation gold for a parent! They have a wide selection of pinball games and some other arcade games that are a blast from the past. I initially thought we would be there and hour but after two my wife and I left any my kids stayed another couple of hours. I could have stayed even longer! The staff is nice and friendly and it was just a overall great place to drop in and spend some time. On the pinball machines they have a description of the machine and a little history about it which is really neat. They have a pinball machine that was they same model used in Happy Days! Heyyyy! They also have quite a few arcade games that the kids that are used to Xboxes would enjoy! They have quite a few gems and I would hate to spoil it!

Friendly staff, I like how we can pay one time at the door and get unlimited access to all the games, instead of messing with tokens.

Awesome place. I took my six-year-old son, and we had a great time. The atmosphere is good for families during the day. We did not visit at night, but I can imagine it is not much different.

Such a fun experience, wether it be with the kids, or for a date night(they even have alcohol available). They really do a great job of managing the machines and keeping them up to date and running. So much fun and so glad we made it part of our Chattanooga experience!!

My husband and I traveled to Chattanooga a few months ago for the express purpose of visiting this museum. We had so much fun we returned with two teen grandsons this week. We spent 7 1/2 hours there and would’ve stayed longer! We parked on the street for $1/hr until 6 pm. After that it was free.
We love museums of all kinds. Obviously, playing the games was the highlight, but I also enjoyed reading about the games and considering all that goes into them—the design, the music, etc. There were even books available to peruse.
I counted 56 working games along with a few for display only. The staff is helpful, bathrooms are clean, and snacks are available. We were playing within 30 seconds of arriving.
One grandson campaigned heavily to skip the aquarium the next day and return to the pinball museum. I was tempted…

This was an ok experience. They have lots of pinball games and some other games.
You pay a set price and play as much as you want. You get a wristband so you can leave and come back on the same day of course.
Lots of the games did not have sound that you could hear and they are so close together, you feel you are going to touch the person next to you.
It was a bit hot inside as the front of the building is open and the temperature outside was 90 degrees.
But I would recommend this place, we enjoyed it.

Wow, this place really was fun. I think we could have spent even more time than we did, but we spent over 2 hours. They had arcade cabinets as well as pinball machines. You pay a flat fee at the door then you can do as much as you want, over and over. We went on a day when they have a promotion that you can get in for 10 dollars for the first 30 minutes of their opening for the day. 20 bucks for me and my partner and we had a BLAST. Who knew that pinball machines had so many different sounds, bells, and features? One of my favorites was Haunted House which had 3 floors for your ball venture. The pinball machines from the 70s were crisp and had a great satisfying bell and twang to them. They even had a few modern machines so you can see the evolution of pinball. Great stop! Must do!

If you love old arcade games this place is a great attraction. You pay one price for unlimited play. It’s a lot of fun for the whole family and will kill a couple of hours before dinner.

Wasn’t sure how much my kids (10 and 7) would like this place because they are used to the Chuckee Cheese type of arcades with modern games and tickets that can be exchanged for worthless crap. However, 2.5 hours after we entered, I was exhausted and they still wanted to keep going.
Admission is $20 per adult and $16/kid. That gives you unlimited play and is actually a bargain when you consider how bad kids are at pinball. This way you pay one price and let them try as much as they want. Even nicer is they give you a wristband and you can come and go throughout the day.
This place has about 10 classic arcade games and maybe 30 pinball machines. Playable pinball machines range from early 1970’s machines (surprisingly fun) to modern pinball machines. They have several early 90’s pinball machines, which is the last great era of pinball and are awesome to play. Each machine has a written fact statement about the machine and gives a good history about the machine.
Beer and soft drinks are available for purchase while you are here. A nice touch is they do have step stools for kids who would usually be too short to reach the controls for the games. Located about four blocks from the aquarium.

It was fun to see the differences in the pinball industry as time went on. Being able to play with the various pinball machines was great. The vast assortment of pinball and vintage arcade games was awesome! It was well worth the visit and fun on top of that.
