We went there tonight, 8/16/2019, and had what I’d call a very disappointing evening. The boys were excited to ride the motorcycles and win a ball. That is about it. Five of their games were either broken or partially functional. The skeet-ball game took money off our card twice but never released the balls. My son went and told him, and he responded, “Okay, I’ll check it out.” It wasn’t until I asked my son to tell him we put money in it already that the young boy decided to come look. When he came over, he swiped their card to “test” it. Sure enough it didn’t work. He said, “Yeah, it’s not working.” I asked him about the money and he said, “Yeah, there isn’t much we can do. We won’t give you money back but we will give you one free play on this one.” I asked for a managers card, he said, “Yeah, we have one. I’ll get it for you.” Never saw that card. There is a much better arcade in a bowling alley off of Lee Hwy. Go there instead!! The boys had more fun in the play area just outside this place than they did inside. Boys are age 8 & 3.

Tried to take the kids to this location and was told that they are no longer at this location despite it still being listed on google. The rep stated they were in Cleveland, TN.

I took my 8 year old twin boys to this place yesterday. We went right after school on a wed. So it was not very crowded. I think due to the smallness of the place it would be not very good on a busy time like a saturday. So go on a weekday would be best.
They had brand new arcade games that were nice and they do the card to play them and then for $7 you get a wristband for the inflatables. The inflatables are all in good new condition. They have a ball pit one and some for little kids and some with small slides and obstacle courses. My kids really enjoyed it.
No big slides due to low ceilings.
It is inside Northgate mall by the Belk. They don't let you leave to get food and come back unless you pay $10 and get an all day wristband. I snuck water in and they did not say anything but they sell water and snacks too.
they have one party room in the back which is surprisingly big. Everything was clean and new.
So I do recommend it and probably will be coming back
