We both had a lovely massage and I had a super facial. We were both made to feel very welcome. It is a lovely relaxing place with competitive prices. Would highly recommend. Pity we don't live locally as we would definitely visit again.

This was my first ever visit, but will not be my last. From having the door opened, to my treatment, both members of staff were welcoming and pleasant. Tamsin was lovely throughout my treatment, very professional and I ended up with a very good deluxe gel pedicure. The only small thing was I couldn't leave a tip through the card machine, and had no cash on me to reward for an excellent job.

I've had a few hard weeks at work and the body was suffering greatly.. sore shoulder, sore hips, sore back, sore knees. What I didn't realise is how much the mind was suffering too.
A fantastic massage with Ailie sorted all the sore bits listed and a good chat and giggle throughout was all the therapy I needed.
I have come away feeling sensational and no longer sore. Thank you Ailie xxxx

The Haven experience starts the minute you enter. A calming peaceful oasis unlike many busy beauty salons. The owner Debbie and her wonderful staff create a wonderful atmosphere. The treatments are superb and carried out very professionally. I would highly recommend a visit.

A truly magical experience with the girls at the Haven. After a full body well being massage we left relaxed and ready to view the wonders of the Loch.
Friendly professional staff who provided local tourist knowledge aswell as a fabulous massage!
Made to feel special from the minute you walk in the door- a must visit when in Balloch. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic place to go to destress got the most amazing massage from Allie, bee there a good few times now for massages and facials and it's superb, professional staff and well worth while. A visit

My partner had a full body massage which was fantastic. The welcome was friendly and relaxed and staff hospitality was excellent. She said it was the best massage she's ever had and would be returning for another next time we're up from Kent. She would highly recommend the Spa to anyone.

This is a great place to chill out when the weather not so good in Scotland and the massages are awesome, been back twice now and took my wife.
Lovely staff and great atmosphere!
They do lots of things, but I only like massage being bald LOL.

A nice relaxing experience! I got my nails done and they looked really pretty! I also got a facial which was really relaxing! It was a great experience!
