What a gem of a place ! First time visit with my young grandchild today. Wonderful friendly welcome, very clean and tidy, well organised booking system that allows attendees to book a table for 2 hours.
As a foster Mum I've visited many of these types of play centres over the years. Merlins Magic is definitely one of the best I've been to.
Fantastic spaces for parties, creative wall murals and designated spaces for play. All the staff were friendly and the young lady at reception gate ensured we knew where everything was and took us to our table. Will definitely be recommending again to others.
My only suggestion to improve the play spaces is in providing more interactive or push button play items on walls particularly in the lego area to encourage children to play more there.
Will certainly be back again !

Very clean and tidy soft play area the food is lovely for what it is here slightly over priced but good the staff are lovely and helpful and the area it self is kept clean will always come here before other play areas . Brill

The venue itself is fine. Secure for little ones as a magnetic gate is supervised well. My concern over these type of places is the toilets, they should ensure all children wear footwear when in the toilets at ALL times. I have seen kids running out of the toilets with wet socks (probably urine) and then straight back into the soft play areas.

Excellent place to spend a few hours with young children. Good areas for them to play, decent food and very friendly efficient staff. If only places like this were around 60 years ago! The amount of people there shows that they must be doing it right.

We popped in here as the forecast was awful and needed to entertain our 3.5 and 1.5 year old for a couple of hours.
The place is really clean which is a massive positive. I didn't realise before going that you have to pay extra for the sensory room which I've never experienced before. However as my littlest was careering everywhere I didn't feel it was probably for her.
The coffee was good, the tea just kept on giving.
The only annoying things were other kids (not in a bad way, just in a bossy and unaccompanied way!) and the fact that there was no barrier to the Lego or the under 4 areas so my little one just kept legging it. A low soft barrier always works for me.

Needed to ware the toddler out during our recent stay at Fishguard and this was listed in the Caravan book of things to do. Staff was very friendly, and the place was spotless. Separate area for under 4s was great, wanted to try out the sensory room but was closed (on both occasions we visited). We visited during the day so was nice and quiet but as all soft plays can imagine it being very busy at peak times.

Had a great time here staying out the sun on a blazing summers afternoon (the days of summer lounging are long gone with a 3 and 1 year old!). Lovely, clean stay and play, staff were helpful and friendly and the food was excellent - chicken curry recommended. Kids loved the play stuff and our one year old loved the sensory room.

Spent the day at the soft play. Friendly staff, low prices and great lunch. The baby sensory room was particularly good. Lots of space as well.

Having driven from Somerset on our way to Fishguard to catch the ferry, our two and a half year old daughter was getting restless. We stopped off in Merlin’s Magic. There was a very friendly guy on the front desk who explained about the facilities. Great menu and very reasonable . Two great party rooms available. It’s a pity being from Ireland we couldn’t avail of this great place on a weekly basis. There is a great soft play area, giant LEGO piece Area, a fantastic Mr Potato head table which brought so much fun . Toilet facilities are spotless. Good safe system for kids where the magnetic exit door can only be opened by staff member , great Incase your kid may wonder. Anyhow great place and hope to drop by in the near future .
