We planned to visit Dave's as it was near where we stayed but we walked over and they appeared to be closed. We confirmed with a neighboring business that they had closed their business.

We stopped in here to kill some time before we met friends to stay at the nearby treehouse getaway. We had appetizers (wings, edemame and chips and guacamole) and beer. All tasted great and were served quickly. Beer was really cold which is always good! Our server, Caroline was attentive and nice and did a wonderful job.

We enjoyed a great meal and a couple of locally brewed beers. The menu is very eclectic but full of great modern takes on classics. A must checkout in Monteagle.

Dave's is out favorite lunch place on the mountain. We feel like we are on the "Cheers" set with the warm reception we receive each time we visit. They treat us like family. Great lunch menu which changes based on availability. Check it out! Jim & Lee
