This is along the main street, so it's easy to locate... It also has some parking available here. The park is walking distance from cafes in Yarra Glen, so it makes a great place to picnic at...you can buy locally, or bring something with you.
The park has equipment for all age groups and it has some interesting features such as giant dung beetles and other insects. What child and adult would not like to see Jurassic sized bugs in a park?!?!
There is a beautiful stained glass feature here as well...expanses of lawn... shady trees. It's a really beautiful children's park that offers something for every age range.

My wife and I visited this place to have a walk across the park and the playground during our recent holiday in Yarra Valley. We stayed at Yarra Valley Grand Hotel for two nights. The Hotel is located within a short walking distance from this place.
This is a nice local park that has been upgraded since our last visit many years ago. The colours of the autumn leaves were very nice to look at.

This is a great adventure playground for all ages of children.Lots of climbing and play equipment. Well maintained and a lot of variety of things for the kids to enjoy. Very busy on the weekends especially in summer. Ample street parking.

On the larger size as far as playgrounds go with lots of variety to keep the kids entertained for hours

We had a team evening picnic bbq here in late March. It is a great convenient location with bbq's already provided and plenty of picnic tables as well, some undercover too. There is an IGA across the road where you can buy local cheeses and supplies. Toilets etc are there and heaps for kids to do if you have little ones. I would picnic there again.

We have spent a lot of time in this playground over the last 7 years, and it is always enjoyed by all the kids and all the adults. The play equipment is challenging, well built and always fun, the swings are great (swings for little and big kids in the same place), the surrounds are attractive and add to the play space - lots of green grass for kicking a football or running around, areas of rocks and trees to play and hide in, lots of pathways to ride bikes and scooters. The skate park is up the hill and easy to get to. There are many tables to sit at, some of them covered, so it's a great place for picnics or dinner (there's free bbqs too) or for parents to sit while the kids play. We meet here for regular group get togethers, for birthday parties, and just to hang out.
The bucket swing and the big climbing frame are the biggest hits, there's also a great sand pit with a little bit of water play (and half of the sand pit is under cover), slides, ladders and ropes and balancing areas, seesaws, roundabouts and lots more.
The playground is just across the (busy) road from the IGA and walking distance to cafes and bakeries. People come from quite a distance (up to an hour away) to have birthday parties and other family gatherings here. We are always very grateful to have such a great playground as our local.

We took our grandchildren to this large playground a few years ago and they found it fun,challenging and inventive.

wonderful playground for families with young kids and even older kids. Good facilities, i.e. BBQs, toilets...my tip is to head to Choclaterie and buy some chocolate, then head to Yarra Valley Dairy to buy some chees, crackers and wine and make a picnic at the playground.

ワイナリーが多いエリアですので、子どもは原っぱで遊ぶくらいしかありません、ここはそんな需要を察してなのか大きな遊具場があります。ツアーではもちろん立ち寄りませんが、個人で訪問した際には家族連れには良いですね。
