If you can go on Tuesday before 6pm , prices very low. Food severed with out interrupting the movie which was nice.

Very comfortable chair were great plenty of room to stretch out carefull not to take nap good sound We enjoyed our girls outing planning another one soon popcorn was very good

A very disappointing day spent at the AlamoDrafthouse Cinema Mason Park. Other then catering to the beer crowd not a place to go see a movie. Overpriced meals that are not any good. Have no desires to return but had to check it out for myself

The place is very relaxing and comfortable. Food choices were good and tasted good. We had the pizza, which is a little salty, but quite tasty. This place is now closed, but another location has opened on the Grand Parkway, close to I-10.

Haven’t done review in sometime so here it goes
Wife (princess) and I went to soft opening at new location
We ordered dinner long before movie started long before it started
Server showed up took our order and left for some time. My pizza about 30 mins Lady and her daughter next to us were fuming their order honked up big time really pissed.
I didn’t forget about princess can’t say same for Alamo. 1 & 1/2 hour latter after numerous requests it showed up. 1 taco , few chips and forgot queso
When movie was done we stood up and no one around us. Each server had max 8 people to serve
Next week I went to see another movie. They put my tab on couple next to me
Last visit ever repeat EVER. Seats were broken in our row entire row seats were stuck.
We have been loyal customer for about 15 years attended over 150 movies at Alamo
We are done. Big boys in Austin need to come down FIRE the entire team starting with manager
Some people in life have a goal to fail and Alamo has cornered the market this time
I will trash talk this organization to everyone

I've gone to this Alamo Drafthouse for years and I've always enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, the way they play old clips before showing the movie, and their movie event nights. When it comes down to customer service it's changed frequently and it's gotten better at times and worse at times. I've had great servers that have made sure I am being taken cared of, and other times I've been neglected and literally ignored. I give Alamo 3/5 simply because customer service fluctuates as time goes on, but I will always go to Alamo when I want to spend a little more for the food.

Decided last minute to see a movie and ended up here since Cinemark was sold out. Older seats that do not recline but comfortable. Great menu and drink/food specials. Ordered tacos which were wonderful. Very quiet theater. Liked being able to choose our seats at the ticket booth. Nice staff!

This is the place for true movie buffs… For foodies too! What fun to wine and dine and be entertained. I just took my teenage grandchildren to see funny face because I like to introduce them to some of the classics. We see the current offerings too and really enjoy the humor, the excellent service, the quality of food in addition to the cinematic offerings.

I am an Alamo Drafthouse junky. I go here A LOT and am usually thrilled about it but this last visit was hugely disappointing. 1 - if you're going to boast Mango Quesadillas - there needs to be big slices of mango in there with the brie and some candied walnuts and you're good to go (it was soggy and tasted like mushrooms & raw onions) the Star wars Nerf Steak was another big disappointment; it was not good at all! Also, I think the price of food has gotten a bit out of control maybe it's necessary to pay for the new la centerra location but such high food prices on top of $13 movie tickets are making it soon to be a once a month treat =(

I came here with family to watch Star Wars, and had a great time. The staff is really attentive and accommodating, and they have a pretty good beer list. What I like most is the unique feel though - this isn't some cookie cutter AMC theater. The ticket prices are good and the food/drink options make it worth it.
