We rented a boat from Blue Hole twice while in Bermuda. The second time because we liked the first time so much. The freedom to go where we wanted and see islands and swim in pure blue water with no one else around was perfect.
The staff and owner were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful outlining the places to see, swim, and snorkel. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone going to Bermuda.

We had an excellent experience! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We rented a boat (twice) during our Bermuda vacation and those excursions were the best parts of our trip. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We will definitely return to them on our next trip to Bermuda.

We enjoyed our trip around Castle Harbor but BDA Watersports in Somerset was a better rental company based on our experience. We did an 8-hour rental from Blue Hole and they were stingy on the the amount of ice they provided even after I reminded them we were doing an all-day rental. At BDA water bottles were provided free of charge and a loaf of bread was given to feed the fish. No water is provided at Blue Hole. BDA also allows you to beach the boats but that isn’t allowed at Blue Hole and BDA’s boats are in better condition. The boat trip with Blue Hole was great though and we enjoyed seeing a different part of the island. But we’ll stick with BDA for a bigger boat that costs less and provides better service. We are also doing jet ski rentals from KSA Watersports so we’ll have another point of comparison after that.

Fantastic spot! Ryan is the best! He spent so much time with us and is a super friendly guy. Boston whaler was awesome - perfect condition! We also rented paddle boards and kayaks all week. Super friendly people and awesome place!

Stayed at grotto bay with my wife and was very pleased with the options and service that Blue Hole provided. We were on the all inclusive package so had access to everything from snorkeling to kayaking to paddle boarding. We also rented a person boat for two hours, in which the owner gave us a helpful tour guide and instructor for it.
The two younger boys were extremely helpful and hard working during our time there. Would recommend to check out while there

May 24th 2019. I rented two double kayaks and one single kayak at a great price for my husband, son and two other family members. While I decided to hang out at a near beach for a few hours. They began a kayak adventure that they still talk about today. Going under the bridge to castle harbor, fishing and just enjoying the crystal blue waters. They even found me at the little beach over at Coney Island. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely give them 5 stars.

They have the goods you need for snorkeling and diving and renting boats. Have paddle boards and kayaks for free if you are the all inclusive deal next door. Very friendly folks in the the office for rentals. Clean and safe.

We’ve rented kayaks and paddle boards at many resorts and we found this place run-down with chipped and cracked boards and staff not particularly friendly. Life vests are just hanging outside, old, faded and dirty. Glad we’ve done this before because no one gave us instructions or recommendations where to go. Crumbling and chipped walkway down to the water where you get in, and watch out for the floating and bloated fish bobbing around. We won’t return to this board and kayak rental location.

great service we were a little too inexperience to try snorkeling by ourselves with our young kids but did enjoy boating around the water and seeing the sights.

We checked a couple of water sports vendors in Bermuda and found Blue Hole best met our needs for kayaking. The staff is very friendly. We spent an hour paddling around the water off of Grotto Bay resort. Their cost was reasonable compared to other companies and had a 1 hour minimum.
