It was a really enjoyable experience...the ziplines and the courses are fun and challenging at the same time. And the instructors make it really easy to immediately grasp how to make it through the courses. I would definitely look forward to going again.

Awesome experience. Don't workout before going. The experience is a workout itself. This place is amazing, but I wish they had cold water.

The water was so warm I nearly had a heat stroke and so did my friends. The good stuff was the zip lines amazing.

You must do the Arlington location of this adventure park with your kids. It is the worlds best self confidence building activity. I am the Grandma who took the grand kids aged 7 and 9. After a brief lesson on the equipment and a few practice sessions we were ready to go. Truly an adventure. I did the first trail with our 7 year old. She, not surprisingly, finished a good 10 minutes before me. Both kids were challenged enough to feel a great sense of accomplishment at the end without being overwhelmed. I found it tough in some places but the sense of accomplishment was well worth it. It was really fun. Outstanding staff who "assist" rather than "rescue." Kudos to Andy who assisted our 7 year old when she got scared, but talked her through her fear rather than saving her and sending her back to the easier course. He built her self confidence and she couldn't wait to go back for more. I highly recommend this activity. We can't wait to go back. The Plano location does not allow young children. The Arlington location is the place to go with kids. Gloves are a must. We used baseball and bicycle gloves which worked fine

Awesome experience!! Fun for all ages. We had ages 11-43 in our group and all skill levels. From my daredevil son to my cautious brother in law - everyone had a blast! We all felt safe the entire time. We went on a perfect weather day. Could get hot in the summer, but they had water at every station. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an adventure!

This place is beautiful has a river going thru park has many trail for nature walk or run them a zip line. Has a beautiful pond. It also has a nature building to learn about the flowers the trees and flowers outside. It is very nice but the bathrooms need tending to and water fountains need turned on.
Overall it's a five star beauty n fun place.

We had such a fun time as a family! Three ziplines, a gorilla jump and multiple obstacles in the trees. A great way to spend 2-3 hours. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the GO Ape Plano location!! Hartley was a great instructor and gave us all the information and tools to succeed in the tree tops! It was so fun and I would highly recommend anyone to try! We will definitely be doing this again!

We only got to experience 3 courses bc the rest was under maintenance. They didn't tell us up front, and I paid for the full experience and spent $250 for an hour of the experience. They only offered a 10% refund which I still haven't received. I'm absolutely not happy about this!!!! I would NOT recommend this place unless the whole thing is opened.

I paid for the 3 hour course, and when I got there non of the staff members mentioned that multiple courses were closed due to reconstruction, and we got on the training course, and the first obstacle and then it ended. then we were escorted back to where we started and it was over. they said that I would be issued a refund but I called afterwards and requested to reschedule since I wasn't aware it was going to be cut short. the person I spoke to said they would get back to me within 48 hours and then I heard nothing back for 3 days and when i called to follow up they said that a refund was already issued and that there is nothing they can do because the first person I spoke to didn't write any notes. I kind of feel scammed, I'm not mad just pretty annoyed that the staff remained quiet and didn't inform me that it was going to be cut short. even when they were walking us back i did ask where we are going and the staff member was being evasive about the situation. later I did see they sent an email that was sent to spam email. just wish there was more accountability.

Excellent customer service is a top priority at Go Ape. This includes making sure we communicate clear and accurate information to our guests before, during, and after their adventure. Several of our sites were closed due to weather complications. With this, you were informed before your adventure by our Enterprise team before your adventure via email. You were also issued a partial refund for this inconvenience. As far as during your adventure it seems our teams dropped the ball. Please email info@goape.com with your reservation ID so we may send you a discount code for your next visit!
Again, we appreciate your feedback and will use it to further improve our guest experience, particularly in reviewing how information is relayed to guests. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out!

Not sure what is adrenaline park. I went to Go Ape in Plano TX and It was good.
Will this place be open February 14, 2020 ? I will be visiting Texas that week and would love to do this with my better half

I tried to book online for tomorrow and the website states that it is not available. Does this mean we cannot buy tickets at the park for tomorrow?

About how long does go ape take to complete, is admission per day or only good for one trip through the course?

Hi Sara, I apologize for the delay in our response, but we do typically recommend that you allot at least 2-3 hours to complete the course and plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled brief time. The admission is good for the one time through the course, but you are able to move at your own pace and can take as little or as much time (as long as you're off before sunset) as needed to complete your adventure.
