‪The museum looks to be going through a renovation. The grounds are a solemn and heartfelt display of those who paid the ultimate price for freedom. It also is a tribute to all who participated in the war.

While the entry gates were open - mid afternoon on an October Saturday, the offices were closed. The grounds have artifacts of some of the equipment used during the war. Overall a moving experience.‬

‪Plenty to see and learn about this war and those who fought in it. The volunteer was great at answering all my teenage sons questions. My young daughter had plenty as well.‬

‪I was driving along and just happened to catch this museum in Weatherford Texas. Much to my surprise I spent the whole afternoon reading & taking in everything in front of me. Some of the military equipment were reminders of a precious life. You could not ask more from the volunteers. They were knowledgable and very willing to share their Knowlege and experiences. Well worth your time and of course please be generous with your donations. Let’s never forget them!‬

‪We visited this Museum today. Very friendly people in the Museum! It was kind of small, but I really enjoyed reading the information about some of the POWs and MIAs! They had pictures and stories. They have several artifacts from the Vietnam War, with information that related. I was impressed with this small Museum! It was free, but they do receive donations!!
It is worth a visit!

‪Nice Museum for it's size. Friendly volunteer staff. Lot of Models and art displays inside. Outside, some vehicles, helicopters, etc. with 2 wall memorials. They have a new building, but haven't moved in. That will be really nice. No charge, but donations accepted. Limited hours. Definitely worth a visit.‬

‪This museum is small...presently located in a double-wide trailer. The plans call for it to be in a permanent larger building at some point (a new building is being constructed on site). There is no admission charge, but you can leave cash donations. Mostly US Army artifacts from Vietnam were displayed, however all military branches had some representation. I will return once the new buildings are completed and when more artifacts are taken from storage and displayed. ‬

‪Nice gardens to walk through, museum is small at the moment as they are working on expanding to a permanent building. It will be great when it is done. ‬

‪We had been told that we should visit this museum and with some time to spare we made the drive out there. The museum is set up beautifully and to see all the Vietnam era equipment was fascinating. There was a nice gazebo to sit and reflect on those in our family that fought over there and those that never returned home. It was a wonderful place to visit and show respect for our Veterans and fallen soldiers.‬

‪My husband who served with the "Big Red 1” first infantry in Viet Nam in 1967-68 thought this was an excellent museum. He showed me C rations, a uniform like he wore, etc. There was a model of the armored personnel carrier he was taught to drive even though he ended up a "foot" soldier. While we were there 4 Black Hawk helicopters flew in from Fort Hood. Fabulous! I got great pictures. The Viet Nam helicopter pilots were trained a couple of miles west of here. There is a replica of the wall in Washington D.C. here and a kiosk where you can look up the location of known fatalities of the war. ‬
