Great venue. Fantastic view of the stage no matter where your seats are we were in the very last row of seats before the lawn and still had a great stage view, friendly professional staff and good food and drink options even for those with dietary restrictions. I love that they allow food trucks during events!

Saw Avril Lavigne at Jiffy Lube Live and the concert was incredible. The venue however had no one in the parking lot directing people around so I spent 20 minutes looking for the VIP lot I Paid $100 for the pass for. The venue could also use more points of egress and exit for vehicles.

Great venue in terms of being able to see the whole concert - there's really no blocked views. I was concerned with all the parking based on the reviews provided here. If you arrive early, parking is not a problem when getting there at least 1.5 hours before the concert. We just had our dinner which we packed when we arrived there. However, do expect to take at least an hour to leave as in the reviews, there isn't much rhyme or reason to the parking. Would be worth buying the VIP parking if it is available - it gets snapped up pretty quickly, so do buy it if it's affordable. Some people leave a little early just to get out quickly which is also a great idea. Our Imagine Dragons concert had its opening act at 7PM which ended at 7:45 PM. The actual Imagine Dragons concert was more at 8:30 PM and ended at 10:00 PM. It took us an hour to get out of the parking lot, so it was 11:00 PM by the time we really got out. I saw others leaving at 9:45 PM.

It’s the worst venue we have in the DC area. It consistently takes 1-2 hours to leave the parking lot at the end of the night. The traffic doesn’t move and even worse; it’s run by teenagers. This place just doesn’t get it and does nothing to fix this. The city should get involved.

The concert was great, but the parking and police traffic was horrible! It took over 30 minutes, just to get in

Decent venue . Great bands. Hadn’t been here for maybe 5 years. Then as we tried to leave after a great show I remembered! Maybe the worst parking exit experience of my life. It’s ridiculous. I’m writing this review in the car. In 1 hour 15 min we’ve pulled out of the parking space. Total travel distance … 8 feet.

The Chicago and Earthe, Wind and Fire concert was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Nice venue and organization, except for: 1) no handicap access (I did not need it but heard many complaints) and you have to climb a hill to get to your seats. No information about that either. 2) The letter numbering of the very large parking is very odd and there is nobody to help you find your car when you exit the concert. We met two persons who could not find their spot and were completely lost. Reorganize your lettering and numbering in a logical and commonsensical way and have staff tehre at the end of the concert!

We had the best seats. I saw staff just standing around instead of informing concert goes that there were items they could not bring in. There needs to be more information provided that warns people of how difficult it may be to get to your seats. There were golf carts to take people up the hill, however there were not nearly enough of them and with two locations to stand in line we spent 20 minutes before a cart was available. The "cart" staff were very kind and extremely apologetic. If you plan to attend a concert and need to use the golf carts plan to arrive at least 2 hours early!!
Getting out was not bad. I exited on the left lane but had to drive approximately two miles down the road before I could find a way to get onto 66.

Great concert once you get in horrible lines and doesnt need to be. Once we got in great. Waited 45 minutes in line. Completely unneeded issues no communications

Went with my wife to see Chris Stapleton (which was 1,000/10) on 8 June. Was set to arrive at 6, but 2 miles out from the arena it took 45 minutes to get to the lot due to some severe lack of logistical planning with the roads. Left the show during his encore, got to my truck ahead of a lot of the crowd. 11:26PM i was in my truck and in line to exit the lot. When i pulled out of the lot it was 1:24AM.
Terrible way to end an amazing night. Do better Jiffy Lube

Has anyone used the 'Dominion Lounge'??? What exactly does it do for you??? Is it AC in a tent??? Drinks avail, bathrooms??? How long does it last - says 'pre-show', so I assume they kick you out at 7 when doors open?

I’m seeing 5sos this august and have soundcheck GA pit tickets. i’m planning on walking from the target so i won’t have to worry about parking. how does the queueing work? how many hours can we queue before the gates open? do they allow fan lines to form before their official line starts? trying to get barricade and plan in advance!

If I park in the normal lot, would I be able to walk to a nearby restaurant after the show and come back in an hour once the traffic has died down? Or do they start towing cars after most people have left?

Last time we went to a Dead concert we paid for premier parking and arrived a bit early. Getting on line it seems like early parking is available, but very expensive. Can you give me a complete explanation. When do the gates open for general admission parking?

We have tickets for the June third Dead and Company concert. My friend I'm going with is disabled and we have the standard placard issued by the DMV. Do you have spaces reserved for disabled people.
