Terrible movie theatre!!! I complained to the person behind the counter that my seat 10J in movie theater number 4 is broken (as in the recliner doesn’t work) and that there was NO toilets paper in ANY of the women’s stalls in one bathroom. The other bathroom was out of order. My adult son went to the men’s bathroom and said it was nasty. This all happened on a Sunday at 11 am. Clearly the theatre had NOT been cleaned. The floor in front of the confession stand was squeaky everywhere because it was just nasty. We will never return.

Movies stop in the middle. Refund line for 1 hour instead of movie night.
Dirty, sticky seats. It's like having a meal in a house right after a frat-party.
This place is cashing in on a still (strangely) positive rating - until health services finally forces them to renovate.

Seats are showing their age, but more importantly, it was like sitting in a dumpster. Trays were filthy, popcorn everywhere, certainly nobody came in to clean the place between movies, and maybe between multiple movies. Disgusting.

The theater is run down - trays not cleaned, seats ripped, floor dirty. Also they wouldn’t take cash for snacks! One of the only two butter dispensers worked sporadically.

We went to see a movie at 7pm on a Tuesday night, the staff seemed caught completely off guard that they work in a movie theater. They did not have popcorn, they did not have pretzels, they did not have a working icee machine and judging by the filthy floors, they did not have vacuums or brooms. Is this place going out of business? If that’s the case, just shut it down already.

This Theater was nice (many restaurants nearby; reclining seats; up-to-date technology).
That you pay 6 USD for a small french fries and 12 dollars for a beer is ok. Part of the movie price.
However, in the last couple of months it went down the hill really fast:
Seats are filthy, sticky and damaged. A few weeks ago my son dropped his cell phon and an employee helped after the movie to tilt over his chair. OMG!!! I was surprised that there was no Raccoon jumping out off it.
The sound in the 3-D theater keeps failing and they keep cancelling shows. Resulting in refund-lines like in an airport (what you do with the refund after wasting your evening and bought all the redicously priced concessions, is another question).
Bar is only manned if they know enough people are comming (even Saturday evenings it might be closed). Food/Snacks has often only half the stuff available.
Any correspondence with 'management' gives you the clear insight, that this location is 'in processing' rather than beeing manged.
Pitty, we did like the proximity! But saving 20 min drive does not make up for ruined experiences (Think about it: After you spent all that time and money, had a botched experience and now you have to make it up to a bunch of kids...)

Nice theater, helpful staff. Something is wrong with their popcorn or popper. I returned my original order for a replacement. Both of them tasted bad. The staff assured me the popcorn is fine. Another customer was complaining about their popcorn right after me. Hope it changes.

I dropped in hoping to grab a bite and a movie. Sadly it was closed. Although I did see a few folks sipping coffee indoors and some chilling in the few restaraunts around the area. Hope to visit again soon.

All the theaters here have reclining seats, so it’s nice and comfortable. 2 downsides: 1. They keep the temperature really low in the winter. 2. The bathrooms are not that clean. They do need to be upgraded/maintained better.

There is plenty of underground parking, the theater itself is clean and has comfortable reclining seats. I would recommend.
