‪When we signed up for this excursion, traveller pickup was included. It was on the listing and our Airbnb address was listed on the ticket as the pickup location (Carrier del Guixers). Less than 24 hours prior to the experience, the tour operator WhatsApp’d me to let me know pick up would not be included. We couldn’t cancel at this point and Tripadvisor offered no help. This meant we’d have to spend an additional €220 for pickup and drop off to the harbour which was an hour away. The day was cloudy and the water was choppy. We went to a few caves and two swimming spots which both had murky water. I don’t blame the tour operator for the weather but we were able to find better spots for swimming by car like Calla Llombards. Overall the experience costed us over $1300 which, in my opinion is not worth it.‬

We are really sorry about the misunderstanding but the traveller pickup has never been included in our trips and the meeting point with all our clients is always in the Club Nautico in Porto Cristo. We also informed you that there was public transport available from Palma to Porto Cristo which cost around 6€ per person. We are very sorry about the sea water wan´t as crystalline as other days but unfortunately that is not something that is under our control. We don´t understand the reason of your claim for the pick up when you´re also saying that you have been going BY CAR to some places for swimming as Cala Llombards. We don´t understand this revew you´ve done as on the day of the trip all of you showed a lot of satisfaction, approval and happiness about all the experience, the food, the drinks and the surprise birthday Little celebration which was dedicated to two people in the group who were celebrating their birthday on that day. We can only say that our wish is always that our clients can enjoy and have an unforgettable day in our trips.

‪Gorgeous sunset cruise, well worth it!‬
‪A wonderful sunset cruise hosted by Isobel & Walter. Visited inaccessible coves and fab cave was the highlight. Fabulous hospitality,lovely home made food and drink, with some Mallorcan specialities. We would love to do again. Thanks to a lovely couple and super boat. ‬

‪Amazing boat trip with coves, caves and sunset dinner‬
‪Wonderful boat trip through caves and coves. Great for teens - swim into caves, paddle in coves, chill out with a glass of cava. Walter and Isabelle are warm & welcoming. Boat is big and comfortable and well equipped. Sunset dinner was lovely and copious, with large choice of drinks. Thank you for a wonderful day!‬

‪Journée au top ‬
‪Un moment au top avec un skipper qui connait l ile et son histoire. La ballade est très sympa pour découvrir les criques de Majorque et ses eaux turquoises ! Je recommande sans problème ‬

‪Amazing private boat trip for good swimmers‬
‪Thank you for a great private boat trip to our captain and crew! The scenery was beautiful and the opportunities to swim in selected bays were amazing. I will especially recommend this trip for good swimmers and groups up to 6 persons.‬

‪UNVERGESSLICHER BOOTSAUSFLUG-thanks to Walter‬
‪Ein unvergesslicher Bootstrip mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Teenagern an der Küste Mallorcas entlang. Tolle Höhlen und Buchten besucht, genügend Badezeit, Schwimmnudeln und ein paar Taucherbrillen waren vorhanden. Essen war gut und hausgemacht mallorquinisch. Getränke ausreichend gekühlt vorhanden. Walter ist ein toller Kapitän mit gutem Blick für alle Situationen. Traumhaft war die Badebucht, die sonst nur mit zweistündigem Fußmarsch erreichbar wäre.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Nachmittag mit Fahrt in den Sonnenuntergang!!!‬

‪Os recomiendo esta experiencia‬
‪Totalmente recomendable. Capitán Walter muy atento a todo. Visitamos varias cuevas y fondeamos en dos calas para bañarnos y hacer snorkel. Lo pasamos genial. También teníamos la opción de hacer pádel surf. ‬
