Thank you for your review like you said Miguel did apologise, as we don't want anybody unhappy but after talking with other customers you are not telling the whole story: You and your friends were not good riders as you mention in your review therefore for your safety and the safety of the rest of the group you were told it was not possible to run with the horses, and you were not listening much to Anna and being really disrespectful and putting the rest of the group at risk. After that, everyting was a discussion between you and your friends and our instructors. You must know that we always split the group into levels so if there is a good rider, they have the chance to trot or canter, So if we didn't do it this time it is because your experience wasn't enough. Maybe you have to think that you are a bit upset now but you did not end your holiday in the hospital. Once again we want to apologise as we want to have all the customers happy.
