‪Over crowded boat. ‬

‪We got on the boat in Alcudia port, which we didnt realise was the final pickup location. The boat had already made 3 or 4 stops along the beach collecting people before it got to us. By the time we boarded the boat, it was already crowded with no sitting, or standing, room on the top deck. There were barely any seats available on the bottom deck either, certainly not enough for my family of 5 to sit together. So the first 1.5 hours of the boat trip was spent standing downstairs, which wasn't great. After stopping on the beach, we boarded the boat early to get seats upstairs for our journey back, which was pleasant. Over all, I just felt the boat was over crowded. The trip would've been much nicer with 30 or so less people on board. ‬

‪So many people‬
‪We drove here on our own The parking is free and orderly Thank God You line up with so many people to go in We had tickets for 2 pm We entered and SLOWLY marched with hundreds of others through the nicely lit caves
People were taking SO Many pics I went to the head of the line and slowly marched
Towards the end we waited like 30 minutes for all the slow people to take a seat and listen to the concert Which was like 3 songs lasting 10 minutes
If they made it fewer people it would be way better
If you don’t like waiting on incredibly slow people you won’t like it
Also there are many many stairs If you have a problem with stairs don’t go‬

‪Die Reiseführerin Jeannine war sehr um die Reisegruppe bemüht! Der Fahrer Jaime ist zwar ein rasanter Fahrer, hat uns jedoch die kurvenreichen und engen Straßen nach Valdemossa und Soller gefahrlos transportiert!
Es war ein wunderschöner Ausflug, auf dem mein Mann und ich viel über die Geschichte der Region erfahren haben! Dieser Tag wird uns lange in schöner Erinnerung bleiben!‬

We think that this is a great value for money day out with a full day trip with official guide (and we only use the best like Marga, of course!), free time in Puerto Soller, Soller and Valldemossa and the tram between Puerto Soller and Soller all for just 41€ The Tramuntana Mountain area is a beautiful part of the island and we are very pleased to show it to you and our other clients. ‪A fuir sauf si vous aimer le bus et attendre pour une visite de simplement 25 minutes.‬

‪A FUIR !!!
Excursion proposé sur un temps d’une demi journée absolument pas respecté. Départ pour nous de Camp de Mar à 8h10 pour aller jusqu’à Palma récupérer d’autres personnes (arrivé à 9h30). Nous filons ensuite à Porto Cristo pour un arrêt de 25 min (non indiqué dans la brochure) puis un arrêt de 35 minutes à la fabriques des Perles (qui n’est réellement qu’une boutique). Début de la visite aux Caves de Hams à 12h pour une durée de 25 minutes à pied (alors que l’on nous avais annoncé une visite d’1h) pour finir avec un « spectacle musical » qui n’est autre qu’une vulgaire bande son projeté (de même pas 5 minutes). Le bus nous reprend à 13h40 (pour je rappel une arrivé à 12h et une visite de 25 minutes donc temps d’attente 1h).
Soit un trajet total en bus de plus de 5h.
Je vous conseil de louer une voiture si vous souhaitez effectuer cette visite afin d’éviter ces longs trajets et temps d’attente.‬

‪Badly designed tour, lovely places‬
‪We were picked up at 9.30 and we travelled through a wooden train to Sóller (lovely) and then we took the tram (nice) to go through the city and to the port and take the boat to Sa Calobra. Why such a rush? Sóller is a beautiful city and is worth visiting and should have been the cornerstone of this tour. I would have liked to have 2 hours there and lunch. The boat trip was nothing special and then Sa Calobra is beautiful but is tiny with overpriced restaurants which offer disgraceful food by Spanish standards. Then we left at 2.15 and we spent until 5pm go through the mountains, with a brief stop to a monastery (why?), which as impressive as they are are unremarkable for anyone European - there are plenty of mountains. Besides there was nowhere to stop the take a photo or relax. This tour is quite badly designed and needs rethinking. The tour guide and the drivers were nice.‬

We have fantastic reviews about this trip, and we believe the stop at the monastery of Lluc is a great adding to the trip. Probably you dont know but other companies stop at a leather shop instead of there. thanks

‪Volle boot maar goed verzorgd‬
‪Het was erg vol aan boord, maar zeer vriendelijke bemanning, mooie tocht, hulp waar nodig. Eten was top. Ook echt gezeild, was leuk!‬
