Lovely theatre. I like it that it has a traditional feel. Leg space is awful though I if you are over 5,8 your legs will be touching seat in front. Slow service in cafe and bar. Need more staff when a show on

I recently visited the Woodville to go to their cinema and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who is quite nervy during these cover times I felt completely comfortable. They have taken all precautions but they are not over the top, are clearly set out and have got the system running very smoothly. From a very quick health check on entering, to one way systems and picking seats so you feel comfortably distanced from others they have got this 'new normal' sussed. Staff were as helpful and friendly as ever and cinema had a good range to choose from. I look forward to coming to see their panto in the knowledge they will have everything covered.

The Woodville Halls has been around for a very long time and goes from strength to strength, diversifying as and when, theater, cinema, concerts , productions, cafe etc.

We visit The Woodville often, for their films, live tribute acts and more. We always attend the Panto at Christmas time....and as usual, it was fantastic! Exciting, funny, uplifting and very interactive! My daughter aged 20 has special needs and loves all of the Woodville shows. The staff are fantastic, and always friendly and attentive. I cannot praise this venue, their performers and their staff enough!

Have been coming here for about 10 years for their panto, and I have to say this years's show, again by the excellent Wicked Productions, was one of their best.
A great family show, lots of laughs and even though our kids are 14 and 11 now they still loved coming here, particularly as they now get the ruder jokes.
The staff at The Woodville are always friendly helpful and it is a credit to Gravesend.

Woodville Hall - Ruby Wax How to Be Human
I ordered tickets to see Ruby Wax in June for two tickets C7 & C8 in the front and when I attended after having my tickets scanned at 7pm brought a drink and waited for the main doors to open to the theatre then at 730 after getting in and seated, I got up and brought another drink then when I returned two people where sitting in my seats. They showed me tickets and refused to move with the same seating numbers, I then went to the lobby where others had more than 5+ had there seats double booked.
We then where offered new seats but they where rows S or T and on the side with rubbish views and partial so we declined them as we had looked forward to seeing ruby wax from our original seats in row C.
The usher then stated this was common and that the new booking system had been operating since Thursday boforehand and this has been happening since then, I feel disappointed you double booked my seats and did not let me know plus could not offer a refund as my friend had traveled from London as a birthday present.
Very disappointed with your service and the fact that you double book shows with your new system so many people with amazing seating will be disappointed in the future

The 80 and 90 event was good but DJ didn't build up night with way mixed the music from the 80 to the 90.

We went there last Saturday night to see the complete madness show. The show was excellent. The bar and other staff were very friendly. The bar staff were very helpful and we ordered drinks from the bar for the interval and the lady showed us where the would be.

Took my grandchildren to see the pantomime good seats good show.. Kids loved it. Easy to get too. Even have booster seats for the little ones

Took my niece's to see the jungle book during Easter break.
They loved it as did my husband. Great performance.
Our sits we're right at the front and my younger niece had trouble seeing with the sound box in front of her which we didn't realise until she told us in interval. Moved her over.
