I had a hot shell massage as a birthday treat. Sheryl was marvellously skilled and I left feeling great. Good to have parking straight outside.
Niggles : no hanger to hang up clothes. No mirror in room or loo to smarten up hair etc before leaving.
Had the room nearest door and could overhear people coming and going and chatting at reception so maybe heavy curtain on the door would muffle things.

Thank you for your review, we have taken the constructive criticism into account and there is now mirrors posted around the salon! We will ensure there is somewhere to hang coats for future visits also. As for the noise we will do our best to try to fix this soon. Best wishes, and thank you for help advise us on improving the overall experience

I have been visiting Mi Spa for many years and should have added a review before now. The whole team do all they can to make every visit relaxing and special. They offer a large range of massages and treatments in a delightful old building....try it, or live to regret it!

The team are so pleasant and the new premises on Hurst road are superb, so relaxing. I can’t sing their praises enough. Have been using them for the last 5 years and have never walked out disappointed. I usually have reflexology or pedicures but last time I went for a deep tissue massage my back was a mess when I went in, Sheryl has healing hands I walked out a new person!

Visited Mi Spa last week and I can't wait to go back there again! It was so relaxing, great atmosphere, very friendly staff and what an amazing location! I had an hour Environ facial with Sheryl, and my boyfriend had one of the men's treatment package with Jess: the Men's Super Charger, amazing deal I must say!
Highly recommended!

It wasn't my first visit and I still recommend the place to any massage lover out there, or anyone with a back problem PS: they have different mixture/ type of massage and are also really friendly.

Highly recommend Mi Spa, have been coming here for last 4 years and the treatments are just so sublime, girls really professional and personalise treatments of you ask. If you haven't been yet go and try for yourself!

I had the 30 minute Back, neck & shoulder massage today and it was lovely, will definitely be going back for more and am asking my Hubby for vouchers for Christmas! Also went with my Mum last year as a Mother's Day treat and both got 60 minute massages, the team were so helpful and tailored it to meet our needs.

I have just had my 3rd hot stone massage with Becky and love them. I end up feeling so relaxed and my aches and pains gone.
Everyone is very friendly and the surroundings are lovely and calming. Will be back in 2 weeks!

Had a massage with my girlfriend, therapists were very friendly and efficient. Really helped get rid of some tension! The lava shell massage is my new favourite treatment would certainly come back and recommend this place to friends and family.

Lovely visit to Mi Spa where I was greeted with an offer of a drink. I didn’t have to wait long for my booked treatment and had a lovely, therapeutic facial in a relaxed environment. Lovely escape and treatment, will definitely go back.
