‪Fantastic and reliable service for pick up from airport and hotel for our group of 11.
Our driver Paras had great communication, contacted us to confirm and made sure our group was all there as one of us had to catch a later flight.
We had three stops in the CBD to drop off then pick-up four days later. There were road blocks due to a festival nearby but Paras texted to let us know he could be delayed and he still managed to get there a few minutes earlier.
Only $20 per person each way, all of us traveling together is better than taking three cabs or the Skybus as we had lots of luggages. Will definitely book again with Stream Shuttle.‬

‪Not there when we arrive so lucky I had a phone - couldn't contact them when needed a change - but they did turn up at exactly the right time on return trip. Sorry too many issues to say would use again. ‬

‪Booked stream shuttle in October, to be picked up from airport on jan15thand delivered to address in Bridge Road. At airport in Chch 15 Jan ready to fly out, received email from stream shuttle to say don't go to that address. They had the booking with the address since Oct. I was travelling on my own, and had to arrive in Melbourne with nothing organised. If they had refused booking in Oct would have been honest. Then have the cheek to say will refund the money- which they have had since October, less $5 service charge - great service! Never again.‬

‪This was one of the cheapest services we saw on tripadvisor. It was only $20 each. We were due to arrive in Melbourne at 8am, so I booked for the 9.30 pick up (to give us time to get through customs, etc.). A little after 8 we received a text from our driver letting us know our ride was confirmed. We got out of the airport faster than we thought we would, so we texted them to let them know that we were at the pick up point and that we would wait there, so they came and got us earlier than our scheduled time.
We were the only people who had booked for that time slot, so he was happy to leave earlier than planned, and we had the whole van to ourselves.

Our driver was lovely (even answering a few questions for us about the city) and we never had any troubles. This was just from the airport to the hotel, so I am not sure about a return trip, but we were 100% satisfied with the service we got.

‪Despite other negative reviews I had a great experience. When I landed the driver called me to make sure I got to the pick up point okay. They dropped me off to where I need to be efficiently. On the return shuttle back, I got picked up on the dot and had a pleasant drive to the airport. No issues at all. The drivers were friendly and attentive, customer services called to confirm my details and everything went smoothly.‬

‪The Shuttle didn’t show up. Don’t waste your money and time to this company. You will gonna regret if you get trapped to this scammer.much better you guys get a taxi or different bus service going to international airport. So you had a peace of mind and you know you can catch your flight on time...sucks how to rate this bluebird a star. They don’t deserve even a 1 star...‬

‪I have chosen to go public with my experience because after giving Stream/Connections a month to sort my complaint I have had no further communication or refund from this company.

The pick up service from Tullermarine Airport was average, we had to wait for 30-40 minutes despite the company having our arrival time and another bus was departing while we waited outside, however we did get to our hotel.

The same cannot be said for our ride back to the Airport on the afternoon on the 25th of May.

The following is the email I sent to Stream Shuttles the afternoon of our departure:

I am requesting the two call logs from calls placed on the 25th of April 2019 to be listened to by a manager - calls were placed at 10:53am and 3:30pm

I originally called in the morning to inquire about a change of pick up location as we were staying in the St Kilda area. When I was advised that was not possible I advised we would meet at the original pick up location of the Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne at 189 Queen Street, MEL, VIC 3000

As there was no mention of a pick up time on my booking confirmation I also took the time on that first phone call to ask about the pick up time - it will be stated on the call recording that I was told 3:20pm.

The booking confirmation also states that you (Stream Shuttle) will make contact with the customer regarding the pick up time. This did not happen despite you having my mobile contact phone number and email address. Because of this, my partner and I made arrangements to be at the agreed pick up address and were waiting outside the address no later than 3:15pm.

The second phone phone call was placed by my partner Ryan at 3:30pm where we were told the shuttle at come at 3:10pm and we had missed it, and the next one was going to be too late for us at 5pm.

After working in the New Zealand tourism industry for 5+ years, I find it unacceptable that zero effort was made on your part to make contact with me regarding the pick up time for this service and that the time we were told to meet was incorrect and nothing was done on your end to rectify the situation. Your operator kept saying how sorry she was but did nothing in the way of offering a solution. When I asked for the the call recordings to be listened to I was advised they would take time. That I understand however, organizing alternate transportation for us on your end would of gone a long way.

I have sent this email + two others and placed another phone call on the 3rd of May to follow up on my complaint and have yet to receive any response. I received no automatic email to say that my complaint was being looked into and when I called I found out that their customer service/complaints team only works Monday and Wednesday and there was no further contact information for them. I was advised the bookings team had sent my complaint emails through but "forgot" to send me a confirmation, and I would be sent an email confirming my complaint would be investigated. To this day, I have received no email, no phone call, nothing - probably in the hopes Stream believes I have forgotten all about it.

Two weeks is ample amount of time to investigate a complaint and pull call logs. I have provided ample evidence and am hoping that by taking this public I will receive a response + a refund for the service Stream failed to provide and the subsequent uber we had to take.‬

‪Booked with these guys as we had used conxions in Gold Coast with great service
On arrival at airport had to wait 50min for shuttle Rang to confirm booking for return was told we would be picked up at 430am were waiting at 420am at 440 rang office and was told they at come at 330m our plane wsnt leaving till 8am!!! but said a shuttle would be there in 2mins
After a further 10 minutes rang again told they wernt coming and to make our own way to the airport This required two taxi's that had us there in 30 mins Only bonus was we did manage to get a refund Certainly wouldnt recommend‬

‪I will never never recommend this service stream shuttle, we landed in Melbourne and I was told they would be waiting. 1 hour later no turn up I called and was told 5 minutes the shuttle will pick me up. 40 mins later still no turn up I called again and was told another 1 hour. The lady tried to put the fault back on us. Don’t go with this company.‬

‪we didnt have any troubles with the shuttle. the driver was running late on the return trip but phoned us to let us know.fairly comfortable seating as the buses we were in were relatively new.‬
