If you've read any of my reviews of antique stores, you know I hate rummaging through piles of junk, with narrow aisles where you're in danger of bringing piles of breakables down (and then being charged for this).
None of that here. The place is very well organized and the prices are fair. We found several items here that we had seen nowhere else.
And... It is air-conditioned! If you are in the Massanutten area, it's only about 30 miles away, and the drive goes through the edge of the Shenandoah National Park.
We didn't realize at the time, but we were only 24 miles from Charlottesville and Michie's Tavern!
None of that here. The place is very well organized and the prices are fair. We found several items here that we had seen nowhere else.

Great locally owned business; wide variety of items, vintage, antique, primitive and hand-made. Southern Glow candles are the best!

This shop has something for everyone. It is clean and well put together and a little surprise around each corner.

What a great selection of antiques and collectibles in a compact area. They are open at 10 AM on Sunday, so it offered us a nice spot to visit while we waited for the wineries to open. The selection is really amazing, with very little 'junk' to waste your time. Spend an hour or two looking for that special item. It is there somewhere! Prices seemed reasonable and there is plenty of parking.

We ventured outside of Charlottesville and came across this gem and a few other antique stores in Ruckersville. Great selection and good prices.

easy to find on route 29. There are many items to choose from....from antiques to new items including crafty keepsakes. Spend some time there. You will love it! And they sometimes have outside "tag sales" .

If you like browsing and treasure-hunting, this is the place for you. Each room is a different antique or curiosity vendor. Costume jewelry to furniture to art and local items, there's something for everyone. Perfect for a rainy day or if just need to wander among some cool old things. I've found several gems and deals and there's always something interesting to bring home.

Very wide variety of items, quality and prices. The people were nice this was the last stop of the day so we closed the store. I may not have walked out with anything but I'd go back.

The Wooly Lam is much larger than it appears from the outside. There are many shops within the building, and I found them to be neat and clean. For the most part, it was easy to view all the items and prices were also easy to find. I probably spent about an hour browsing through the shops and looking at some interesting pieces, but didn't really see anything out of the ordinary, and found prices to be high. Of course, on any given day the merchandise (and vendors) can be different, so if you're in the area, it would be worthwhile to stop in.
