You are welcome to wander down the aisles and taste test to your hearts delight. So many flavors and combinations to try! It is a wonderful place to pick u hostess gifts, stocking stuffers and larger bottles for yourself, of course! You can buy just vinegars, or olive oils or blends.

we tasted several great oils and vinegar. we had to limit our choices to 4 total. I think we made good choices, Looking forward to using them.

This place was amazing! We couldn't stop tasting all the combinations of flavored oil and vinegar.....we have some great gifts and will be ordering online from them now too. The two guys that worked there were so helpful...I know everyone in this state is nice but wow! Don't miss this little store in the public market if you like salads or like to cook! What a fantastic find! Great pastas and unique salts too!

Well I had no idea there were so many flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegars! The young man who helped us was so knowledgeable and fun to talk too. We bought the blood orange olive oil and a bottle of rassberry white balsamic and one of blueberry dark balsamic. We already had a salad using the oil and blueberry dressing. Delicious! A fun place to visit!

We stopped by the shop in Wenatchee and were surprised at so many different flavors of oils and vinegar's and how many combos to be made with them for every purpose! It was fun tasting and eliminating or keeping various oils and vinegar's. Great little shop to stop and learn!

I have tried a variety of EVO's and I must say D-Olivo is the best beyond compare. I have also tried a variety of Balsamic Vinegars, and if you have never tried D-Olivo's Dark Chocolate Balsamic, you are missing out on a true gem. These also make the perfect gift for anyone and everyone.

When we moved to Wenatchee it was because of the healthy lifestyle it offered. My first trip to Pybus I stopped in at D'Olivo. I fell in love with their oils and balsamic vinegars. I even joined their club which was so worth it. I use their products everyday. We have even built a cabinet just for them so they are easy to get at.I usually have about 20 bottles on hand for cooking and dressings. When we have company over I let them sample mine, and every time we end up going to the market so they can buy a few bottles to take home. I go to the shop about once a month or more.

Who knew that olive oil could be such a complex thing? When you go to the shop you'll get an education to understand what you're buying. You can taste samples and purchase gift boxes. The perfect gift for the Foodie in your life LOL. They also carry a scattering of other items like handmade baskets, soaps etc. Locally owned and operated in the Pybus public market. They were one of the original businesses when Pybus opened 3 years ago and are still going strong. They have a second location in Walla Walla Washington but I have not gotten the chance to visit that store yet

service and products cannot be beat. they have an excellent selection, more than larger stores that I've been to and worked at. located in a small, cute public market with little restaurants, bars, gelato, a produce stand, a cheese shop...

We saw the sign for lose leaf tea, went in and forgot all about the tea. Michael helped us in the tastings of the oils and balsamics, fell in love with the combinations he showed us, ended up joining the club. A must place to visit when in Walla Walla.
