My daughter wanted to do this for her 13th birthday. I was worried it would bee too hard for her and her friends. My husband and I went along to help, while it was tricky, the host provided hints along the way that kept the girls excited and engaged. Our group was able to complete the mission and everyone had a great time!

When we purchased we were told we would receive a code to get in. We received the code but it didn’t work so we had to be let in And then wait to go in and start. We did really well but there were a couple of times the guide wasn’t so great. We kept talking about a screen not working but never got a response. When the “security” showed up and we asked to show what we missed part of the room wasn’t even working so we would have never won. She apologized but said she wasn’t the one who set the room up so “oops”. We’ve done a lot of escape rooms and never lost so it was disheartening to know we couldn’t win now matter what since it wasn’t set up correctly.

This room was a total let down. I have done about 10 escape rooms in my time so I wouldn’t call myself a novice. The game master was a little off his rocker. So much that my whole group felt uncomfortable. His tone and manner made us what to leave. He kept putting clues on hand written notes under the door, which was completely stupid. This was just one of the stranger experiences I have ever had in an escape room. I felt like the clues didn’t have any correlation to the story. There was a point were you have a tape player and the way he spoke was completely absurd. He was screaming random words and we could barely make it out. This whole thing was a joke. I have been in so much better.

I am a huge fan of escape rooms (I’ve done 30+ rooms), however this one was definitely in the bottom 5. The puzzles were incomplete and some instructions were wrong (ie switches say up is on, down is off — but they are left/right switches). Typically there are cameras in the rooms to monitor your progress and help guide you — in this room there are no clues available, unless you count a blaring radio that’s hard to understand. Since they can’t see you, the hints coming from the annoying radio were for things we had already found. The room was really expensive but seemed cheaply put together. I’d save your money and go to a different room in Milwaukee.

I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience. I don’t know what you are referring to with the switches. We do monitor your progress (yes, there are cameras, but they are hidden. . .) and we do offer clues as needed. All of our bookings are private, meaning that no matter how many agents are in your group you have the room all to yourselves. For this reason we are a bit more expensive for small groups, but we’re actually quite a bit cheaper for larger groups. I hope you’ll give us another chance and try another one of our adventures.

On Monday, January 15, the FITWIGS Writers Group (I'm a member) had the pleasure of a jaunt to Caspian P. McSnoty’s Gallery of Fine Art at 1220 East Brady Street. We stepped into this escape room with no idea of what we were in for! The “gallery of fine arts”, filled with interesting original art pieces intermingled with wired pieces that hold clues, is actually a front for thieves who steal identities. The brilliant writers in my group became a team of agents in quest of evidence to nail the thieves. The electronic gadgets and their sometimes elusive clues required clever detective work—and finally (in our case) an intervention to help out… but as the clock ticked away the hour, we drew very close to solving the mystery. Not to give too much away, I am sure there are better detectives than we were, who will triumph in figuring this all out before the time is up. Go try it! It’s an original team-building experience, a trendy diversion to discuss afterward at one of the many great Brady Street eateries (or drinkeries) nearby; one way or another, you will leave in better shape than when you entered!

My husband and I were eager to try Save Milwaukee's newest escape room, after participating in one of their other rooms (The Device) a few years ago. This escape room was set in a small art gallery on Brady Street called McSnooty's Gallery of Fine Art. The group I was with (7 of us) had a blast, as we tried to uncover evidence against McSnooty, using clues left by the various pieces of art. Even though we didn't succeed, we enjoyed working together as a team and were really challenged by the puzzles. It made for a very fun night out!

It took a lot of different skills and creative to solve some of the puzzles at Save Milwaukee's McSnooty's Gallery of Fine Art. We had a blast and were grateful to get some clues, too!

It was my first time booking an escape room. I didn't know what to expect. The kids had a great time. They were all engaged the whole time. I liked that you don't get stuck with strangers to "fill the room". It's your group, your room. I also liked that I was able to stay outside the room. There are a few rooms to choose from.

My daughter had her 13th birthday party here with all girls going in as a group to try and diffuse Dr Dangerfield's bomb set to detonate in 60 minutes to blow Milwaukee to smithereens. Although they were unable to put all of the clues together fast enough to make it out in time, I think they all had a blast :) Especially enjoyed the bit of theatrical acting on part of the owner/ guide on the way in - thank you for a memorable experience!

Well, we bombed...no pun intended, but enjoyed the experience with our family of 5. I like the fact that you can go as a dedicated group, and not end up with strangers. The puzzles are very challenging, and I overlooked a couple of things and dismissed them too quickly. And went down a few rabbit holes too....(forget the fish!, ok no more spoilers!!) Pay attention to the audio!!! Schlomo the host was always in character...! I would have liked some gently direction cues when we were obviously stumbling. Would love to try his new gig too.

Hi- Thanks for your question. We host corporate events quite often and we're always happy to do so.
Please note that we have two detective challenges- The Device and the Tailgate. The Device is for up to ten people, the Tailgate for up to eight. So the maximum group we can have at once is 18. For groups larger than that (such as yours) we'd need you to split into two shifts about 1:45 minutes or so apart.
