We are a family of four adults and two very young children and we just had a great tour with Stephan! He picked us up on time at our cruise ship and he showed us a very complete tour of the San Francisco area and Sausalito. He was very informative and showed us things we would not have otherwise been able to see. He was very kind to the children and very considerate of their needs. He always answered my emails promptly and made everything very easy to do. He gave us a wonderful day in San Francisco and I definitely would recommend him to anyone visiting that city!

C'est un beau circuit, qui mériterait de commencer par San Francisco et terminer par Los Angeles, pour avoir un peu le rattrapage du décalage horaire au départ, et une montée des visites en puissance par la suite. On peut reprocher les hôtels avec des chambres trop près des bruits de circulation, souvent des salles pour le breakfast trop justes, mais surtout des restaurants en dehors de l'hôtel obligeant de diner rapidement pour le retour en car à l'hôtel. Souvent des arrêts dans la journée un peu trop longs, au détriment d'une arrivée tardive à l'hôtel. Journée libre (en particulier Las Vegas ) sans possibilité de pouvoir contacter le guide en cas de besoins, et avec un Hôtel (Circus Circus) si il est bien, est trop excentré du centre d'intérêts de Las Vegas et surchargé par de grandes familles avec beaucoup d'enfants (ça tombait le week- end du mémorial Day)

We found Stephan at Golden West Tours via Trip Advisor and the great reviews. This will be another one of the great reviews cause he was wonderful.
Stephan picked us (5 people) up at our hotel and took us all around SF, up and down streets and explained at little about each area and was able to answer any questions we had. He also made several stops were we got out of the van and walked around and took pictures. He took us into parts of China Town that we would not had otherwise gone into but it was perfectly safe and interesting.
Highly recommend this tour because he can take you into places that the Big Buses can't go, plus your getting one-on-one attention and answers and he can customize the trip to your particular interests.

We did not have much time to see SF after our Alcatraz tour in the morning. We coordinated with Stephan via email and he was kind enough to pick us at a location close by. We also didn't have to pay before the tour. I'm so glad we booked his tour because we got to see so much in such short time. His tour was very informative too. He was very thoughtful even paying attention to the fact that we would need a restroom break and dropped us off at a convenient spot. I would highly recommend Stephan and Golden West Tours.

The trip was fantastic. Stephan was very knowledgeable about the region and ensured we saw the best wineries on offer. He also organised a lovely lunch from the Sonoma Deli which was very delicious. We got to try 5 different wineries which gave us a great chance to try as much wine as possible from the region. Thanks Stephan for a memorable trip to the Napa Valley

A tour with Stephan is the only way to see all parts of San Francisco. My daughter and I were joined by six other van passengers on a Sunday tour. The city was very crowded that day and Stephan was able to get us to all of his regular stops with his outstanding city-driving ability. We had limited time in SF and did not want a big bus tour. We found Stephan on TripAdvisor who is very knowledgable about the city. We are so happy to have found Stephan and highly recommend his tour, which is very reasonably priced.

A parte Los Angeles, che non è un gran che di per se stessa e Las Vegas che è una pura americanata che comunque va vista una volta nella vita, tutto il resto mi ha riempito gli occhi fino a strabordare dalle orecchie!
I numero uno, il Gran Canyon e il Lago Povel, meno conosciuto ma ancora più impressionante (naturalmente va fatto assolutamente con un piccolo aereo come il Gran Canyon) I parchi sono meravigliosi, Brice Canyon ha dell'Incredibile, i colori sono impressi nel mio cervello come una fotografia!
Impossibile scordarli, ed infine San Francisco che merita forse qualche giorno in più perchè è bellissima! La catalogherei come la New York dell'Ovest! Certo è un viaggio stancante e per un quasi sessantenne come mè è stata dura, i Km sono tantissimi e i trasferimenti faticosi (alberghi e mangiare ottimi), ma se hai la fortuna di avere il "rasta" Giorgio Am...... ecc ecc tutto scompare sotto i suoi affascinanti racconti della storia geologica e degli uomini di questo nuovo mondo! Il ragazzo è bravo, veramente bravo, fatelo dire da uno che ha viaggiato molto e che ha avuto a che fare con svariate persone di tutte le razze.. Lui ha un modo di fare che se fosse un mio dipendente gli raddoppierei la paga! Non solo, ci mette passione! Cosa rara oggi! Lo vorrei ringraziare (ma non so come fare perchè non lascia recapito) lo vorrei ringraziare perchè con questa suo fantastico modo di fare ha salvato il tour da screzi di "stupidi" Italiani. Comunque anche questo fa parte di una votazione assolutamente eccellente di questa mia nuova esperienza.

This is a great value tour with Stephan as your guide. I left a voice message and my call was retuned that evening. I wanted a tour the next day and Stephan was able to oblige. Just a couple of text messages and one email and we were confirmed. I like the fact that the booking was made on trust with no credit card info or deposit required. Stephan arrived at our hotel right on time and then we went to pick up the two other couples from their hotels. He is very knowledgeable and provides more insight than a usual tour guide. We parked in Chinatown and walked through some of the food stores with Stephan telling us what the various items were along with some fun anecdotes about the area and history. The tour was informative and Stephan was able to answer so many questions.

Le tour de ville avec Stefan est génial. J'ai fais un autre tour de ville pendant mon séjour et croyez moi Stefan est mille fois meilleur. Il nous fait faire le tour en vanne mais aussi un bout à pied pour nous faire vivre une expérience unique. Je pense à chinatown....le vrai comme eux vivent wow. Plusieurs stop pour prendre de super photos. Je ne voulais pas que le tour se termine. Si vous avez un tour de ville à prendre c'est lui qu'il vous faut.
