Improv was great. They've been going for about 25 years. Skits were creative and funny. Audience participates but you are not singled out. Lasts just over an hour. You can bring your food and drinks. You can buy snacks there as well. This was a family rated show though there was one curse word. Wouldn't recommend taking anyone less than 9 or 8 years old.

We usually try to see comedy shows when we are traveling. Sometimes, the shows are REALLY bad. But we laugh ourselves silly with the NCT improv show we saw a few nights ago. They do a terrific job of involving the audience and keeping the energy really high and really fun. We highly recommend seeing an NCT show - you will not be disappointed. They are top notch.

The show was hilarious, we laughed for the entire hour and a half. Very low key, audience involvement if you want, but you can also just sit back and be entertained. Highly recommend.

Very funny comedy group, decent theater, refreshments available for during the show and the theater is in an area within steps to several good eateries. The show was hilarious and would be great for a group of friends or a family with older kids. I would have thought that a lot of the jokes (puns, pop cultural references, etc) would have “gone over the heads” of the youngest kids, but the few school-aged kids in the audience actually seemed to be having a pretty good time as well. My husband and I are both retirement-aged and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I understand that some of the late night shows are for mature audiences only but the 7:30 Saturday night show we watched was perfect for us. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love the NCT and have been to quite a few shows. Yesterday however was special : we organized a surprise bachelorette event and the staff was so great! They integrated the future bride in the show and we all got a good laugh. I had invited about 30 friends and most had never seen an improv show. All of them left saying they could not believe they had never heard of NCT and will all be back. Thank you again for such a fun evening.
They are covid safe which is nice : you need to show your vaccination card and wear a mask (I am writing this in April 2022). Safe and friendly!

Great night of fun and laughter enjoying the brilliant improv of the actors. It is always a great experience to go and be engaged in a night that is sure to bring laughter and great memories. It was my birthday month, and I was given a free ticket with sign up for their emails which is totally worth it. I love this place. I will definitely be returning.

National Comedy Theatre is the place to go if you’re looking for a good, belly-aching laugh! I love how the cast includes the audience in suggestions so it feels like we’re a part of it. It’s truly impressive how witty the cast is & how every weekend brings completely new ideas!

My wife and I were looking for something to do during the night other than going to a smoky bar. I learned of the NCT online and decided to give it a shot. The theater was small, but very nice and comfortable. All the employees and performers were very nice, very friendly and very fun. We had a great time! The improv show was very professionally put together and the college students simply did an excellent job. We were very impressed with these young comedians. We will certainly return.

We visited on a Saturday in March for the early show (730p). Very small theater but was pretty full.The show is family fun. Very clean entertainment. Nice laughs and a friendly audience. They expect a good deal of audience participation so be ready for it. I'd definitely go again for some good clean fun. Refreshments for sale such as soft drinks and popcorn. My only complaint is there are several selections of beer but no wine (sigh).
Nice English pub next store to grab a bite before or after the show and an English market as well with all sorts of goodies that I have never even heard of.

Perfect stop off for those looking for something unique. The NTC troupe provided a great evenign out that was funny and interactive.

Hi - We reserve seats together for all large parties of 8 or more, so that will happen automatically. Just try to arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime, so that we can get you to your reserved seats, to make it all run smoother.

Hi -
There is street parking available as well as a valet in front of the theatre. Parking tends to get a bit tight, so we recommend allowing an additional 10 minutes to try to find parking in the neighborhood.
