Merrily customized the tour per our request. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. One of the highlights of our weekend. I hope to schedule other tours in the future.

This was the kind of experience we had hoped for. Our guide Merrily was knowledgeable experienced and insightful. She provided essential background on the lives and work of the artists we viewed. We highly recommend her tour and will go again on our next trip to NYC.

The tour was an immersive and educational experience, more than we expected. Merrily is very knowledgeable and covered so many related topics (biographies, local history, art finances and more) which gave us the opportunity to really connect to what we saw. The choice of artists and galleries gave an intelligent picture of whats going on. Thanks Merrily!

We had a great time with Merrily touring some galleries in Chelsea. She communicated well prior to the tour and was well prepared, not just sharing with us about the works we saw but also supplemental information on her tablet. It's possible we might have found the same galleries on our own (although not without a lot of research I suspect), but without context that Merrily provided we would not have enjoyed them nearly as well.

Wonderful tour of Chelsea Art Galleries. Would never have known of these wonderful exhibits without Merrily! Well paced and informative.

Amazing tour! We had Metropolitan Museum of Art highlights tour for 2 hours, focused mainly on 19th and 20th century painters. Merrily was fantastic, She not only explained us the art and the context of the era, she also explained why curators designed Mets as it is, why certain pieces were exhibited together, or even, she showed us other paintings from her i-pad so that we could understand better. It was such a pleasure to listen to someone who has great joy of teaching art!

Saw 7 modern art exhibits in Chelsea and learned about the art world. Fantastic guide. Knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the topic extremely well.

We loved Merrily’s gallery tour in TriBeCa. It’s a great way to get to know artists and galleries. Merrily is a wonderful guide. We’ll definitely take other art tours with her. Highly recommend it!

I went on the Chelsea art tour with Merrily. It was so fabulous I then went on her Architecture tour. Merrily has a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. I will definitely go on her art tour next time I visit NY!
