We happened upon this bar whilst walking around near 5th Avenue looking for a spot of 'no fuss' lunch. The bar had a decent Vegetarian/Vegan offering and as non red meat eating people this was great. The Vegetarian burger was really good, the service was good and the pricing very reasonable - would recommend

This place has a number of vegan main courses including excellent ‘fish’ and chips. (With the addd bonus: they also have brown / malt vinegar!). The other choices include a pasta, wings, mac and cheese. Good place to go with no -vegans. Has a bar feel downstairs and a restaurant area. Fast service.

Un sitio muy agradable con buena comida y bien de precio para ser New York. Tienen menú sin gluten y el trato es muy bueno.

This review is specifically about Christmas Day...
Staff were very friendly and tentative.
However- no atmosphere!
The traditional Christmas dinner was horrible. Slimy turkey, mushy stuffing and mash, and 1 carrot cut in half. And it wasn’t cheap either!

We stumbled upon this place on Christmas Day. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was great. The beer selection was great as well. Friendly service.

We were looking for a nice and tasty lunch. We didn’t know what to expect but were very positively surprised. We had a quiet table in the upstairs restaurant part. Service was very friendly. Food (chicken salad and chicken tikka) was very well prepared and good quality ingredients. We really enjoyed our lunch here!

Classico pub inglese nel cuore di NY. Insieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo mangiato degli hamburger veramente tanto buoni. Il mio (quello in foto) è veggie ed era spaziale, sapeva davvero di carne ma credo fatto con legumi (gli ingredienti erano misteriosi). Forse i prezzi sono un tantino alti, ma considerando la posizione (tra Times Square e la 5th avenue) sono comprensibili.

We came on a rainy Sunday for lunch. They claim the best Fish & Chips in NYC, so I got that, and my wife got a burger. Although I cannot dispute the best Fish & Chips claim, I was more impressed with the mashed peas with bacon, and my side salad. I like it when the dressing is already mixed with the salad.

4 of us visited for an evening meal - There menu is great as there are some 'british' dishes on the menu. My husband & I both had Steak which was cooked perfectly (med), the others on our table had fish & chips & cottage pie!

Was here for a beer and fish and chips. Superb. Stayed for a whole NBA game and the service and company was as best as can be. Surely an oasis from the hassle outside.
