If u need a pit stop to regain your energy and shop again this is the place for you. staff are making and food is prepared in front of you and fresh

My company came here for a small celebration after work. There were roughly 30 of us so we just asked for a corner section. Things started out a little shaky, lack of seating, lack of organization and lack of wait staff but it got MUCH worse towards the end of the night.
EATS: The food and drinks were actually very good. We had lamb meatballs, chicken meatballs, lobster sliders, burger sliders, and mac & cheese.
SERVICE: The service was B--A--D. Our one waitress was probably overwhelmed but she did decently enough holding her own. Management was actually a bit rude, making remarks about how he had to "play musical chairs" because he had to keep grabbing chairs for us as more people came - uhhhhhhm we're giving you more business, shouldn't you be happy?
THE SHADE: This establishment has been known to be QUITE shady, when my Director reviewed the bill he noticed, along with my manager, that they charged us double quantities for the food we ordered. I'm sure that they also slipped in several extra drinks onto our bill as well but we weren't able to prove that as easily since a few people already left. We spoke to the waitress and she brought it up to her manager, who reduced the bill - but here's the kicker, they still charged FULL 20% GRATUITY ON THE FULL AMOUNT before reducing it - BAM!
BOTTOM-LINE: My company is located right around the corner from this place and a lot of our employees came here for drinks after work. After this ordeal no one from my company will come back here. FYI - my company has had small events here before and every time we got screwed, so be careful of your bill if you decide to go.
