The car was very clean, tidy and cutely decorated. Jessica Anne was a great driver! She was calm and informative. She got me home safe and sound from the hospital.

I've been taking Rosie taxi cab for the last three years. I've been dealing with Ben His professionalism is excellent.
Always on time, communication is great.
I actually consider him a good friend.all the drivers are very friendly and courteous They help with grocery bags, laundry bags.ect look forward to doing business with them for a long time. I always know I'm in gd hands 😁

Ben, the owner of this taxi company is a huge scammer and runs the following scam:
• You'll book online and then he'll call you up and say "there's a bug with our payment processor Stripe" [ha, that's a joke] "can you please submit again through our other processor Square? You can contact Stripe and have them reimburse you". Nope, the transaction ends up going through TWICE!
• He'll then pick you up, drive a certain distance, call a Lyft (at a much cheaper rate) and will say "oh one of my other guys will take you the rest of the way". When you get in the other car, you realize it's a Lyft driver that he calls "one of his guys".
• The car that arrived was a dirty Prius that looked like it went through a dust storm, with a ton of crap in the backseat. Wish I had taken photos.
Ride was from Malibu Hills to LAX airport. On the 1st leg of my ride, he kept complaining how Google removed his business from showing up as an option in Google Maps. It's because he received so many complaints from passengers that Google de-listed him. I just submitted a complaint to the BBB Online and the FTC Consumer Protection division. I recommend everyone else do so as well to remove fraudulent businesses like his.

When Ben, whom had answered my call and taken all my info, couldn't find a driver to get me there (I called for a last minute transfer from Ojai to the airport), he took it onto himself to drive me and make sure I would get there in time. He was really kind and a great company on the ride to the airport. Thanks again!!

I had a confirmed ride to LAX with another company which informed me 2 mins before scheduled departure that they had to cancel my ride.
What to do?
My hotel recommended me to call Rosie taxi cab. I did that and within 15 minutes the car was at my hotel. The driver was very friendly and a very good driver. She got me through LA rush hour very efficiently and I arrived at LAX in good time to catch my flight.
I will use them next time I am in LA and can recommend them to anyone who wants an easy and trouble free taxi ride.
