Very nice but smaller than I expected. It is in an old Packard showroom and service area. It is a bit out of the way, street parking but I got a space right in front of the door, $6 admission for senior citizens and some of the cars were in the old service area and more in the showroom. All were well displayed and covered up to 1955. I probably spent an hour or less to walk through and see everything but it was worth it.

Best way to attack this place if you are non car person is to go to the back and watch the very inclusive movie of the history of Packard. Makes looking at the large variety of vehicles a bit more understandable. This to me was a hidden gem of a place.
Guys who greet you know their stuff and answered all of my questions. Some truly deluxe cars are on display from the 30's 40's. We really enjoyed this place.

This museum is near downtown Dayton. Entrance cost was reasonable. We did not do a tour and spent about an hour looking at the old Packards and the information about the dealership and the Packard company. Well worth the time to see.

Love all the vintage Packards. Great museum. Took almost two hours and well worth our trip. Even the kids liked it.

found out about this museum awhile back, but the pandemic, stopped us from going
they have a very nice collection of Packard's and Packard memorabilia the staff were friendly and knew quite a bit about the items on disply

Original Packard dealership, which is now a museum. Call ahead and arrange for a tour. Jim, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions about the cars and the building. So much information that you wouldn't get on a self guided tour.

The Packard Museum is extremally worth the visit it has so many different eras of cars and trucks, even a Delorean because John DeLorean work for year for Packard and then left and made the Famous car.

Tucked off the main path but well worth discovering. Set inside an old dealership from days ago, the building is filled with cats from days ago! Easy to spend an hour or more looking and reading about the cars they have on display. Really glad we found this spot.

I'm a car fan but don't know much about Packards. This small museum contains) Packards dating back to 1906. Each car is labeled with it's original price, a description, and a price comparison to other costs during that year. It doesn't take long to get through it and was worth the side stop!

If you like the classic American motorcars, then this hour long detour should definitely be on your list. Three buildings filled with Packards - if only we could test drive them.

Lots of free street parking. Museum is street level entry, single story building. There is small step or threshold upon entry. As it's a very small, private museum there are no amenities other than a WC, which is relatively accessible considering the museum is a converted showroom/garage, but no chair rental. Lots of room to manoeuvre around the displays, though you may need some assistance with the door between the showrooms.

Why isn't the website active? Has the museum moved or closed down? I am anxious to go there in June (2015).

That's weird, it was active about 2 weeks ago when I visited. They are a bit behind the times technology wise. I think they are still open, their number is working. (937) 226-1710
