Matinee prices were pretty cheap. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The Theater was comfortable and close to our hotel.

Rivercity marketplace has a lot of great shopping, awesome movie theater and excellent food options nearby without the hassle of horrible traffic or horrible parking. Plenty of parking, smooth traffic sans congestion like other shopping areas. Great area for family and kids.

The outdoor mall had a better selection of stores then we thought it would. My wife and I were in the area for something else but stopped into the mall to see what stores were there.
We were pleasantly surprised about the amount of parking and how many quality outlets were in the mall. You could really spend some time and money here if you wanted to.
You can get fishing gear, purchase clothes, eat a chain restaurant meal or purchase a sofa hopping place to place here. Great place if you're on I-95 in Jacksonville or by the airport. Clean and safe location.

A nice clientele. This location was very clean and open and easy to get to right inside the River City shopping complex area at the south end. Just look for the Hollywood Theater sign

The theater had very comfortable seats. The concession stand had a variety of food including beer and wine. Would definitely return for another movie.

We had a great time today at the River City Marketplace.
They have a large selection of shopping and restaurants to choose from and all shops are very close to the interstate and airport

Our usual place for movie night, theater is never crowded(at least when we are there) and generally pretty clean. Staff could be a bit friendlier though.

I took the family to see a movie. Once you get inside the actual theater, the seats are comfortable and sound quality is great. That part of the experience is the best part.
The worst part? Walking into the massive lobby and seeing seven (yes, seven) young people working there who were standing around at the counter and talking loudly, while you had to literally walk through spilled popcorn everywhere.
There was no manager around, i guess. They talked for fifteen minutes (we got there early and had to wait for the theater to get cleaned) and then movies started letting out, so more people kicked around the popcorn and the trash left on the ground. The counters were sticky with spilled soda and wrappers and popcorn and piles of butter-syrup.
Behind the counter was a drift of popcorn and garbage as well that no one felt like cleaning up, I guess. Too busy talking and playing.
I hope this wasn't the norm or we'll be spending our money at another location, and I'll never get popcorn or soda here.
