Most of the shops on the Smoky Mountain Arts & Crafts Loop are on Glades Rd, but the Turtle Hollow Gallery on Buckhorn Rd has to be the funkiest. You would swear that this is a throwback to hippie communes from the 60's.
As you approach the main showroom building you are surrounded by gardens of flowers, stone statues, walls of artistically arranged stones and a large wind chime.
Inside is a collection of contemporary art forms that includes bronze and stone sculptures by Ross Markley, glass art, wood sculptures, ceramics, wind chimes, and jewelry. Range of prices, but some of the best art that we saw all day.
