We had the most amazing experience here, The cider was fabulous. If you come here it is so worth it to do the wine trail. Also ask for Sarah and Jeremy that provided the most amazing experience for us!

Close to the end of the night, we decided to make a quick stop at the Tennessee Cider Company for a quick tasting. Our host was excellent - patient, knowledgeable, and funny. The location was clean and bright.
In general, the cider tasted good, but it was too sweet for our tastes. The original cider is their best.

Cider Dan was amazing. I highly recommend if your in the area to stop by. He is amazing. Gives the best service. 5 stars. He is so nice.

Excellent service and a good product. This place offers a variety of ciders for all tastes and the staff are always friendly, and entertaining. I would definitely recommend visiting here daily while you’re in Gatlinburg. One of the better tasting places in town.

We did a tasting at Sevierville location and bought the wine trail (totally worth $10 a person). Our tasting host was so full of knowledge about the wines and ciders we left with 13 bottles 🍷 I can’t tell you my favorite loved them all.

Rude! That sums up our visit to this cider company. We visited a winery at Tanger Outlets that told us about the Wine Trail (not Rocky Top Wine Trail) that took you through 5 locations of Tennessee wineries and cider companies. Great deal and other than this location, it was a great experience. The Tennessee Cider Company was our 2nd stop. Note that our first was at the outlets that sold both wine and cider. The guy who did our tasting at Tennessee Cider Company was not great at multitasking…. He forgot us while helping another party of 5 on the other end of the counter. We got to try only 2 different flavors than we’d already tasted at our first stop, where we purchased bottles of cider that we liked. We weren’t fond of the 2 different flavors, we decided not to purchase any more, tipped the guy even though he wasn’t worth it and proceeded to walk out. He was ringing up 2 new customers by this time and made the comment “that’s what it’s like all day! People tasting and nobody buying!” I told my husband that we would never spend another dollar or taste in that establishment again! It was extremely unprofessional what he said, especially in front of other customers. I wish I could remember his name, but I can’t say he ever told us his name to be honest, he did say he’d been there 13 years… We will not set foot in that place again. I’m sure our business will not make or break the place, but as a couple who don’t minding spending money and time to take home our favorites from Tennessee, very disappointed. Glad there’s another location in Tanger where I can spend my money.

Tasting all the flavors they offer is the way to go! (You can get 3 for free!) They also have stickers, corkscrews, Tshirts and sweatshirts up to size 3-XL.

Stopped in for some delicious ciders! We tried 12 different types. Left with 6 bottles! Staff friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Cider Dan was horrible. I have been to this place more times than I can count. We come to gatlinburg 6-7x a year and taste/purchase every day every trip from this location. Hank is our favorite and Teresa is so sweet and amazing. This trip our son/daughter in law were with us and purchased numerous bottles as well did we. When telling Dan how we loved the trail pass since we taste and such every day of trip he complained how they lose money by people doing it. I then went on to apologize that happens and asked for his Venmo/cash app and he said he didn’t have either bc he wife would then just spend it and he wouldn’t see it as she is headed on her second big trip next week. When we finished he asked if we were buying anything and I said we are headed right back by here shortly bc I had 3 I wanted. He then said “I am not playing this f’ing game with you guys”. We said what? He said you buy it now where he gets credit. We were literally coming back by in 30 min to head towards hotel to leave tomorrow. Me and my husband were astonished at his attitude my husband said I’m not giving him any business at the is point. He came and asked again and said didn’t you guys do this to me last time? We said no we always taste with Hank we just know you from being here but haven’t tasted w you all week. He was so rude we left and as we were walking out he kept talking bad about us to his full bar who all looked at us as we were walking out. The rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with. I wanted to purchase bottles and was going to tip him when he said he didn’t have them and still went on to dog us and treat us like crap. I will never give money to this company again and I have had 12+ bottles shipped to my home on numerous occasions and purchase each trip. How he is still here after the stories I heard after sharing mine today I will never understand.

We visited a lot of places and distilleries on our trip, but the cider here was amazing. We loved the pineapple especially. Wish I could have taken more than 3 bottles home with us. Worth the stop in downtown!

Red apple was my favorite. Golden apple is my wife’s. I can’t wait for them to start shipping nationwide. A local craft store is interested in carrying it.
