We visited several times this week to try new flavors. There isn’t one we have found we don’t like!
Guyver and Payton were our moonshine hosts. Both were great and entertaining.
We also had went out back to the bar and had several more cocktails. Britt and Lissy were the best! Both were so much fun and loved their sarcasm! The drinks were amazing on top of this so it makes you want to come back for more!

Sugarlands Distillery tour and craft cocktail experience was so much fun. Getting a little background on how their shine is made then being served fun cocktails with the end product was thoroughly enjoyed. Courtney was an excellent tour guide. She was funny, quirky and super knowledgeable. The best part of booking the tour was that we didn’t have to wait in the check in line!!

Did moonshine samples on Wednesday September 6, 2023. Had a bad experience with Bartender Ben. He was very rude until he got started handing out the samples. We returned on Thursday, September 7 to try it again unfortunately the girl who was taking the IDs and putting the bracelets on at the front was also very, very rude. We asked not to be put with Ben again as we did not have a good experience. She shrugged this off as nothing and said oh he’s never rude. We went at approximately 4 o’clock in the afternoon so I hope they find out who this girl is because it’s a shame to be greeted by somebody so rude. We will not return.

We had the BEST time with Maddog! She was fun and VERY entertaining. She gave us some great tips on how to combined some of the moonshine together, make moonshine slushy‘s and how to get more for your money. THANK YOU!

Make sure you have your id handy. Our daughter is 32 and forgot her driver's license and wasn't allowed to do a tasting. 4 in our group did a tasting of both whiskey and moonshine. They LOVED the moonshine tasting. The rest of us hung out in the back area with the children. People up front could not have been more friendly.

Sugarlands was great! It was a very popular shop to be at on a Saturday night. We took the Blended Cocktail VIP tour with Courtney and it was very informative if you're interested in the process of distilling. A short little look behind the scenes and then you got 2 cocktails per person at their bar and they were delicious! Worth the money and time even though it was quite busy.

Not a question but we had Guyver for our moonshine tasting twice and he’s awesome!!! So much fun.. Also had Brandon for our bartender and he was great too !!! Love Sugarlands it’s the best !! I love how u can stack $5 wrist bracelets and also get the military and health care discount

Coming down next week, May 18 to 22 and Sugarlands is always a must for us, love everyone we've had as bartenders, particularly Rob and Peyton. My question is what drinks are currently on the menu at the cocktail bar out back as I know the change periodically.

Was just wondering how much over the drink drive limit you are after drinking all of the samples? I suppose its best to sample in the morning if you're spending the day in Gatlinburg.

There are many fun things to do within walking distance of our downtown Gatlinburg distillery! We recommend to take a tour of the town, grab some food, or partake in other fun experiences like the Gatlinburg SkyLift and SkyBridge after your tasting. We look forward to having you!
