‪Beautiful area to walk, so peaceful and serene. We also walked the bog garden which was lovely. We did not realize how large the area was and that it is dog friendly.‬

‪Very small place and a short hike maybe there were some things I didn't get to see but ir was very cute definitely recommend wearing hiking shoes ‬

‪A beautiful and contemplative space‬

‪This is a a truly lovely and meditative space. Great for walking. Inspirational plant arrangements. On 4/13/22 we spent about 90 minutes enjoying the scenery and walking around on a beautiful spring morning. Hard to believe that there was no fee but it is an open park!‬

‪I love it when successful people use their money to invest into the community. This simple park doesn't disappoint with its many flowers that are home to this part of North Carolina.‬

‪Stop and sit (or walk) a spell‬

‪What a great place to unwind, escape the hustle and bustle for a brief respite! This lovely garden is within walking distance from the O. Henry Hotel. My favorite feature of this garden was the replica gristmill with water wheel, where the plantings were being trimmed back by a caretaker. There are placards throughout the building with historical information, so it’s an educational opportunity as well as aesthetic. Added bonuses within this lovely oasis include clean restrooms near the entrance and benches throughout.‬

‪Lovely place for a walk, picnic or quiet place to read.‬

‪Very nice location for a walk, a relaxing picnic or a quiet place to meditate or enjoy a book. Benches are available in some areas but I suggest bringing your own comfortable chair or a blanket. Annual plantings are nice too.‬

‪Lovely garden‬

‪This is a lovely garden filled with different types of trees, flowers and art. I loved walking here, they allow dogs on leashes and there is plenty of space to roam around and explore. There is a replica of an old mill on site and it tells some history with information you can read.‬

‪Peaceful, relaxing, beautuful setting. The spring blooms were varied and beautiful. Free admission. Parking was a bit limited.‬

‪Exceptionally beautiful city garden‬

‪This is exceptionally beautiful. Great place to take family photos with magazine-like backgrounds. Walking paths are easy and lovely. Folks are friendly. This is just a great place to take a short walk (about a mile) in the city and unwind in beauty and quiet.‬
