Outstanding service at their retail shop in Phnom Penh. We bought black, red and white pepper. Tried all of them right there. They also have red pepper vodka, which they make by infusing regular vodka with their red peppercorns. Outstanding. Gave us the recipe to make it at home. Super nice. Well worth a visit.

You can do a three hour tour of the bigger plantations but to me that was too long. Out Tuk Tuk driver took us out to starling farm where we drove into the fields and saw how the pepper was grown and he explained how it was harvested and sorted. It was so interesting. After that he took us to the plantation shop where we were proved with more info and a tasting of the different types of pepper. We were able to purchase direct from the farm. This took 1 1/2 hours and we spent the rest of the time driving to the secret lake and local rice fields. Excellent.

Nice farm, full of mango and pepper plantations. We were mostly shown the plants and discussed the red, yellow and green beans. The also have an area for chile peppers. Nice shop to view and buy samples

Interesting to see where pepper originated from but that’s about it
They don’t do planned tours even though that’s what we paid for through a tour agency
Got an ad hoc 10 minute tour of the vines and explanation of the growth and harvesting process by one of the workers who was probably selected as he had the best English - which was average at best
He did try hard though and was very friendly
Limited selection of their own products in their shop and as we discovered later, also overpriced
La Plantation would be a better option it seems

Reaching their was quite bumby as roads were mudfy and undeveloped . Starling farm located next to la plantation . They have good variety of peppers , we end up buying fresh organic pepper , later come to know they were expensive than stores in local market .apart fro this guide told us about pepper - everything from production , ,processing and packaging.

This is a long dusty day out but we thought thorough worth it.
The trip in the TukTuk was long bumpy and dusty but great fun.
The secret lake was interesting as was the salt production stop.
Unfortunately we visited at Chinese New Year and the workers were on holiday but the info on salt making was good.
The views of rural agricultural life were great and the Starling pepper plantation (next to La Plantation) was very informative and we new nothing of Pepper production until this trip.
The pepper they sell is probably expensive compared to the markets but it's not massively costly and while you're there you may as well buy the homegrown stuff.
The trip will undoubtedly stop also at the elephant mountain caves which are small, a bit disappointing and very scrappy. Even inside the caves there is rubbish just discarded and our two cheeky 10yr old 'guides' even threw a plastic bag down the crevasse while pointing out the shapes formed by the calcified water.
Overall though a good day and good value. Our tuktuk guide charged us £20 for the half day trip.

on peut aller à la plantation Starling farm (qui est situé aprés la Plantation sur la route) pour visiter la plantation de poivre , acheter son poivre et surtout s'arrêter déjeuner car le restaurant est situé en hauteur et il y a une vue extraordinaire...
bref une pause à conseiller.....

I consider myself a foodie and a middling naturalist, but I confess I knew nothing about peppercorns before this tour. Though the tuk-tuk driver probably receives a bit of commission depending on what his customer spends, I couldn't bring myself to actually buy anything here, because the prices were just too high. I made sure he got a nice tip.

I was taking a country side tour and the tuk tuk driver brought me here instead of La Plantation (I don't know why), even though they don't have a guide here. After looking around the plantation a bit, i went to the shop and bought the tuk meric mixture which they sold for $11.50. i read in some posts that it's cheaper to buy the products in the plantation compared to the stores in the city, hence why i decided to buy it. but it's also my mistake for not checking the price in the city first. In the evening, I went to a pepper shop in the city and they also sold the tuk meric mixture, for $4. I would consider a small price difference normal but almost 3x is a rip off.
