Andrew, I clearly remember you and your group and I’m glad I get the chance to reply to your review. So let’s clear this up shall we. 1. You were a group of young guys that upon arriving were rude, loud, and tried to argue with our staff even before the tour started, when we asked you all to carefully read our ‘Tour guidelines and safety rule book’. 2. Upon starting the tour, you all just started driving crazy and not listening to our guides, some of you even drove away from the group and our guides has to come and find you to bring you back to the group before you got lost. 3. When back in a group together, some of you started driving fast and into the water. When our guides told you it was dangerous, you were rude to our staff and didn’t listen, just continued being stupid and driving dangerous. 4. Then a few of you including you Andrew who caused the accident, decided it would be fun to start driving full speed and doing donuts on the beach very closed to each other’s Atv and showing off whilst the other filmed you using their phones. 5. That’s when you Andrew did a donut very close to one of the other guys and lost control and smashed into your own friend, how stupid are you kid ?? You could have injured your friend, just to get a Instagram video. 6. You damaged 2 of our brand new ATVs, just 2 weeks old. 7. Our guides certainly did them take the keys from all your Atvs and decided for your own safety not to continue the tour. 8. We took you back to our base and told you all the tour is finished because you are all dangerous to yourself a and others. 9. We then assessed the damage to our Atvs and asked you, are you proud of yourself ? Who’s going to pay for this damage? Then you said like a smart mummy’s boys, ‘call my mum, she will pay’. 10. We called your mum and explained the situation and she said she was very sorry and would pay for the damages. She also said you will be in big trouble when you get back, So I guess that’s why you decided to write this review that just makes you look stupid kid. 11. Your mum paid for the damages, which was cost price of parts only (no labour), only $170. She also sent us a email and apologised again, because she had heard from the other boys in the group that you were the ring leader in all the dangerous driving. 12. I hope you got a good kick up the bum from your mother and father, and you show some respect in the future. As you can see from so many off our other glowing reviews, our staff are great, our bikes are great and our safety record is great - but if your a idiot and drive like a idiot you put yourself and your ego at risk !
