It is typical in Indonesia that the tourist attractions, parks and monuments are not well maintain. This is also not an exception. Perhaps the local civic attitude also play important role in maintaining the attractions.

Museum dimana didalam nya berisikan cerita cerita perjuangan masyarakat palembang ketika kita memasuki ruang deme ruang dan lantai bangunan

Although this monument has a great historical significance, there isn't much to do in besides seeing this HUGE monument. This monument is dedicated to the struggle of the people of Palembang against the Dutch colonist. Its right by the Palembang Great mosque so if you are around this area might as well drop by.

Bekijken van de buitenkant is genoeg. Museum gaat over historie van Palembang en veel is niet vertaald in Engels. Daarbij was het niet mogelijk om bovenin het uitzicht te bekijken.

MONPERA merupakan monument bersejarah perjuangan rakyat palembang, monpera merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang sering di kunjungi oleh wisatawan dari luar kota, kalau kalian berkunjung ke kota palembang, jangan lewatkan untuk datang dan berfoto disini ya.
Karna lokasi yang starategis di tengah-tengah kota palembang serta bedekatan dengan objek wisata lainnya seperti, JEMBATAN AMPERA, MASJID AGUNG PALEMBANG, AUNGAI MUSI, BENTENG KUTO BESAK, DAN PASAR TRADISIONAL DAN TEMPAT KULUNER KHAS PALEMBANG.
Karna lokasi yang starategis di tengah-tengah kota palembang serta bedekatan dengan objek wisata lainnya seperti, JEMBATAN AMPERA, MASJID AGUNG PALEMBANG, AUNGAI MUSI, BENTENG KUTO BESAK, DAN PASAR TRADISIONAL DAN TEMPAT KULUNER KHAS PALEMBANG.

Visited in the morning and while it is somewhat impressive, no matter where you were viewing it from people just wanted to be closer than you to get pictures of it. Even when they see you they move into line of view and ignore the fact that you were trying to take a picture. Courtesy seems an impossible act here.

tempat ini adalah sejenis monumen yang memperingati perjuangan rakyat palembang. namun tidak ada tugu yang tinggi menjulang layaknya tugu monas. lokasinya berada dekat sungai musi dan jembatan ampera. jadi bisa dikunjungi saat berwisata ke jembatan ampera, sayangnya tempatnya kurang terawat, museum juga kurang menarik,. tidak terlihat upaya untuk mempromosikan tempat ini sehingga lebih dikenal dan dikunjungi banyak orang

tempatnya ditengah kota. mayanlah buat poto poto. deket dengan masjid agung dan jembatan ampera juga. bisa juga naik keatas gedungnya jadi bisa selfi dengan background jembatan ampera hehehehe

Monpera ( Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat ) located nearby Ampera Bridge of sungai Musi.
Actually it is a garden with the big monument in the middle.
You can take a great picture there.
Monpera is a one stop trip ( by grab car, we stop by to see the fountain, but unfortunately the water on the fountain is not on ) so we cross the road to Monpera to take a picture, and also you can see Benteng Kuto Besar ( BKB ) and Dermaga to ship along the sungai musi and go kemaro island.
