Super god service og meget venlige mennesker! Favorit skishop i Alpendorf. Købte både støvler og skistave i butikken.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Beratung beim Skischuhkauf von Harry und die Eselsgeduld von Gerhard beim Anpassen. Ihr seid der Hammer!
Ab dem dritten Tag waren wir ja eigentlich hauptsächlich da zum rumjoken ;-) weils so schee und lustig war bei euch!

Am Ende der Ski-Schaukel von Flachau nach St. Johann ist der Hinterbacken meiner Bindung gebrochen. Im Snowshop in Alpendorf wurde rasch geholfen und ein gebrauchter Teil montiert, damit konnte ich wieder nach Flachau zurückschaukeln. Sehr guter Service!

Hallo Gerhard,
Thank you for your professional advice and excellent service! We can recommend your shop to all who want to rent or buy skimaterial.
Both shops are well located : one next to the skilift and the other one in the mainstreet of Alpendorf.
After years of renting skis in your shop, we decided this year to buy them because we were convinced of the quality of the skis.
We certainly come back next year for the maintenance of our skimaterial.

Arriving in Alpendorf, Snowshop was the first ski rental shop we walked into, quite by chance.
We were immediately greeted by Philip, who made us feel so welcome, we never even checked any other options (and there are plenty within walking distance!)
Philip assisted us with choosing and adjusting the rental snowboard and boots, gave useful advice to those in the group who brought their own equipment, and even helped us book snowboard lessons.
At the end of our first day, we deposited our skis and boards at Snowshop, picking them up again the next morning. This was very convenient. We did that even for privately owned equipment. This should cost a really small fee, but they never charged us, because they are nice :-) and also probably because we gave them enough business as it was...
On our last day, we left a pair of skis and a snowboard for service at the shop. They were very kind and offered to deliver the equipment directly to our hotel, to save us the trip back to the store. Now, that's what I call great service!
I will definitely come back to Snowshop when next skiing at Alpendorf. Highly recommended!

Despite being incredibly busy during the February school holidays, Snowshop staff were ready to patiently help with all sorts of inquiries, change of equipment, locating the missing boots, etc. Moreover, they provide a ski depot on the premises free of charge - how refreshingly convenient and practical! A really kind and caring service!

Na al die jaren van verhuur aan ons gezin,en verkoop van alle
ski benodigheden, wil ik zeggen dat mijn ervaring met je bedrijf top is,ook na al die jaren👍 en wel vanaf 1991/92.
Wij komen dan ook altijd en wel altijd bij jou shoppen.
Ook de snaps waardeer ik.
Gerhard en team, ⛷nog altijd top.

Bij aankomst met een grote groep snel geholpen aan ski's en schoenen. Tussentijds nog stokken verloren die ik direct weer geleend kreeg zonder kosten.
En toen verloor ik mijn ski's, erg vervelend. Ik kreeg direct een andere set ski's mee en we zouden het aan het einde van de huurperiode wel oplossen. Uiteindelijk helaas de ski's moeten vergoeden en afgesproken dat als ze gevonden werden ik nog iets zou horen.
Gelukkig kunnen vergoeden via de verzekering. 9 maanden later kreeg ik plots nog een mail van de Snowshop dat mijn ski's gevonden waren, of ik ze opgestuurd wilde hebben of laten verkopen. Na nog 9 maanden geen verkoopsucces probeerde ik zonder hoop nog een keer te mailen. Binnen 1 uur een reactie dat mijn ski's er nog waren. Ze waren er nog en werden binnen 2 dagen via de post naar Nederland gestuurd.
Ik kan dan ook iedereen die optimale service en zorg wil meemaken de Snowshop aanbevelen. Groot dank aan Gerhard voor de topervaring.

Vi er kommet hos, har fået råd, vejledning og super behandling, købt og lejet, ski, støvler og andet udstyr hos Gerhard og hans altid smilende ass. Christina gennem mange år. Service, kompetent rådgivning og udstrakt hjælpsomhed fåes ikke bedre nogen steder. Mindst 6 ud af 5 stjerner.
