‪Very disappointing. Dirty toilets, poor food selection. Seating is ok but tables are cheap and worn. Charging ports do not work on all areas. Food unappetising. Wouldnt use again‬

‪This was my first lounge experience since the pandemic started. Overall, this lounge was average at best. It was quite busy when we went on a Friday afternoon in September 2021. There is not much seating area; it was essentially one large open area with a combination of bar tables, dining tables, and ‘soft’ faux leather lounger chairs. There wasn’t really a separate / quiet area for work. The food was decent, and it included chicken gumbo soup, salad, hummus and pita, and chocolate cake, that day. Food was served by lounge staff, following COVID-19 protocols from what I could see. Options are limited during COVID-19, and so this was all we could choose from at ATL.‬

‪Issues here:

Surly staff that is more focused on chatting up one another and playing on their phones.

Very unclean.

Closes way too early for an airport which bills itself as a world class one. Had better hours and service at smaller regionals.‬

‪Hier erwartet einen die Lounge in der Ausführung Massenabfertigung
Groß, laut und immer voll - ein kommen und gehen wie im Ameisenhaufen
Das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot sowie der Service sind aber in Ordnung‬

‪Stopped in today as my flight was delayed. As usual the staff was super friendly! I love that they are staying on top of keeping the place clean and all seats spaced out. All staff had on masks as did all visitors, unless eating. Tara and Steven were exceptionally warm and welcoming! ‬

‪We used Priority Pass for access. Closing time is 6pm.

The two behind the bar were not following mask rules. One had it down below his nose and the other was below her mouth. Both served drinks and food at the buffet with no change in coverage. Did not notice use of hand sterilizer before serving food or after clearing dishes and moving back behind the bar. If this bothers you don't pay to come in. You will likely walk out.

I obey the law even if I would rather not. I didn't set the speed limit but I will respect it. Covid isn't going to go away without everyone doing their part to follow the rules.

I would say this is an okay stop if you don't have access to a Delta SKYCLUB at ATL. ‬

‪This was my first visit since COVID impacted travel. I have been to this Club many times in the past so my observations are more of a comparison.

The staff was generally very friendly, all things considered. The place was basically empty with only 3-5 other travelers at any given time. The food selection was similar to prior visits, but is now served from a buffet by a staff member. Mostly snacks and lite eats. Only complaint was the awful caesar salad. It was sitting out so long it was more of a caesar soup (yuck).

Bar service was bizarre. I ordered a simple mixed drink ( a manhattan) and was told that I could only have "one alcohol per drink". For those who do not know, a manhattan recipe includes bourbon and vermouth. Both ingredientes where on display. So, I politely asked for a shot of bourbon instead. I'll also note that the liquor brands were a step down from their usual selection (no doubt COVID related cost cuts). This place never was fantastic, but it was serviceable for a US based priority pass lounge. I hope they solve the few issues they have, but in a pinch, would still return.‬

‪Upon checking in, the concierge staff seemed overwhelmed. I did not feel as if they were focused on me, but maybe some other issue they were dealing with. The check in process was quick (just swiped my Priority Pass, accepted my visit, signed and entered). Once I was in, I was shocked at how small the lounge was. They had a separate area but it was closed and reserved for first class passengers on international airline flights. The food selection was lackluster and a little disappointing. They had some danishes, scrambled eggs (which was empty), and home fry style potatoes (which was empty). They had a selection of coffees (a dark roast, a medium roast and decaf) and some juice. The bar looked well stocked for being all complementary. (Please note that the food selection may change) The lounge had few open seats for me but I eventually found one. There was no staff taking care of me. No one offered a drink so I assume it’s serve yourself for drinks unlike some other clubs I have been to. I quickly ate my food and headed to the bathroom. The bathroom was in a bad state with the holder for the toilet seat covers knocked to the floor and the toilet seat covers scattered about. Toilet paper was also covering the floors. The garbage was overflowing as well. It was nice to see that they had shower suites but I decided not to use them after seeing the state of the normal restrooms. As I walked out, I was thanked for coming in. To be honest, I would stick to the Delta Sky Clubs if you have access or just wait in the terminal. May be good to just run in and grab a quick bite and leave but it was not a relaxing atmosphere. ‬

‪The food is good, the place and selection is small but not lacking in quality. What I really really appreciated was the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly but in particular ~ one staff member, Desma, caught me wverytime I needed something. He wasnt just attentive, he was kind. He answered questions and he made me feel heard. For someone travelling alone and gearing up for a 17 hour flight, that kind of care really makes a difference. The place is good. I hope the managers recognize what a lovely staff they have.‬

‪A sala enche rapidamente ao longo da manhã. As refeições são bastante medianas comparadas com outras salas em Hubs de outras companhias.‬
