The best gift shop in Cromer - hands down. Wonderful products and great staff. Whenever we go to Cromer, we always stop in at Upstairs Downstairs.

If you go to cromer visit this gift shop the gifts are superb (the only problem is it costs us too much but we really dont begrudge a penny) IT must be run by the nicest familes in norfolk (i got remembered even while wearing a mask) treat yourselves and visit

Popped in here several times during stay.
Lovely shop set over 3 floors.
Lots of nice arty things that are a bit above cheapjack souvenirs. Good range of products beautifully displayed. Didn’t actually buy anything but we’ll worth a browse for gifts.

Weirdly, despite spending a lot of time as a family in Cromer, we'd never gone into this shop, situated right in the centre of town on the main road. It was well stocked, had a nice range of gifts, perhaps less for young kids than some of the gift shops, but the quality of product was good. There is a toilet and baby change on the second floor, and a space to leave pushchairs under the stairs on the ground floor.

This shop is set out of three floors, there is huge range of gifts and novelties and prices are very reasonable.
The staff were very helpful and my purchase was carefully wrapped for me - without asking.
Wish I had more time to explore all the unusual products available.

A great little place to shop spans over 3 floors with some wonderful pieces paintings and children’s toys books etc on the top floor and a vital importance nowadays a nice clean well looked after toilet middle floor as beautiful soaps and numerous other pretty things the bottom as a lot of lovely bits too if you like to browse this is the plac

There are so many lovely, different and interesting things to buy . I haven't managed to look around without buying something, and I have been impressed by the range and quality of gift ideas. It's worth a visit when you are in Cromer
