Walk in my sister asked for a drink she rejected as was sober and because she banged door open said was 2 drunk a spoke to bar man tryed tell them nothing sober. A had 5 pints from previous bar said the a wamted one more pint sister as going hard time cancer bar man just laughed a asked him not to many times she walked away a tryed be speak nice them and he laughed me my fa e also asked um not to as was trying be civil level headed and had smirk face all way till said no drink for use witch fine but didn't meed them have smirk face whena said sister fighting cancer and for that was no need as a was level heaed and no need for that feed with haha

Bit of a Shambles that in today's day and age at 12 o clock in the afternoon point blank refused a family with kids to sit in the outdoor seating area. Not family friendly and no way accomodating. Won't be going back any time soon.

We tried to get to the downstairs section and some of us got in but the rest were told it was full, so we tried to explain to the bouncer that the rest of our group was downstairs, at which point one of us was kicked out (for AGREEING with the bouncer). I went out to check on the one who was kicked out, and was subsequently told to get back inside, which I immediately did. I was then accused of showing attitude to the bouncer and was also kicked out. Bouncers were on an utter power trip and need taken down a peg or two.

Another successful night in Cleats Bar. The staff are very friendly and very relaxed which is perfect for a wee local. And its not just the staff as the punters are exactly the same seems that everyone likes to interact with everyone.

Cool boozer, 1st time here & really impressed with the outside, smoking area... Cracking pub inside too... Staff really polite, attentive & friendly... Prices decent.

Nice friendly pub in Gourock. Good variety of beers but even better selection of whisky. Friendly atmosphere and hospitable staff. A very good pub!

Went in with my mate for a beer 🍺 and really enjoyed the company we met. Locals very friendly and engaging, great views over the Clyde Estuary. Bogs could be a bit cleaner. Staff are nice and located brilliantly next to the train station and ferry terminal 👍

Cleats Bar is a great place for a drink in Gourock. Handy location for the train, bus or ferry at the corner of Kempock Street. Large windows at the back provide first class views across the Clyde. Drinks promotions on most beers and lagers through the week. Always a warm welcome and a good pint. At the weekend there's music and downstairs there'll be the occasional band playing. Taxi rank at the station and fast food outlets a few yards away means Cleats has all the usual basis covered.
