The gentleman who owns this place is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is passionate about his farm and let’s you explore at no cost. The treats and souvenirs are also delicious.

We’ve been here previously- and thought a return visit to get some nuts worthwhile. (Spoiler alert - the road is now sealed so takes some of the fun out of the visit for the Remuera tractors).
Anyhow- we were greeted like old friends, the host took time to show the kids how the nuts are sorted, dried and roasted - all really interesting- and something she did not need to do. There is plenty of options for food, and the ice cream is to die for. Well worth a visit, and a wander to pat the goats.

we arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we had Jillian to ourselves for about 20 minutes, even when she was obviously busy looking after her trees. We'd highly recommend a visit, and it was lovely to wander among the trees, bees and goats after our spend-up.

Second visit here. Lots to try, lots to see and lots to buy. Came home with lots of nuts - now the fun begins with cracking them open!

We saw signs for them along the road and pulled over on our way out of town. Drove up the drive and saw the stand with merchandise. Their wonderful owner quickly appeared and talked through their nuts, offered samples (delicious!), and provided a lay of the land and allowed us to wander around their orchard to take in the trees, goats, chickens and wonderful views of the surroundings. We bought a variety of items which were reasonably priced.

On a tour around the beautiful Coromandel peninsula, one of our visits was to Cathedral Cove Macadamias.
Jillian was easy to communicate with prior to our visit & gave us an excellent tour & insight into the business when we arrived. We were shown the trees & had the picking process explained, before seeing the machines involved in husking and drying. We then tasted the lovely resulting products ranging from the nuts to such things as spread, oil, honey, coatings (e.g.for fish), chocolates & more! And who could forget the macadamia brittle set in honey!
This place is well worth a visit.

We stopped by the Macadamia orchard to see how one of our favourite nuts grow and are processed. The owner of the orchard stopped his work and spent well over an hour with us, showing and explaining to us all aspects of the Macadamia process. He also showed us many of the other trees and plants growing on the property and explained that the orchard is completely organic. He gave us samples of the nuts and other products. The macadamia brittle was so delicious that we had to purchase some to take with us.

Called in here on a whim. Really lovely owner who was keen to give us a taste of all different products while giving us a heap of information about the harvest process.

This was a lovely stop off. We spent about an hour here sampling and purchasing produce (all delish!) The owner was super friendly and happy to share knowledge about the orchard. We then grabbed a map and went on a self-guided tour around the orchard.we encountered three goats with great personalities plus a wonderful swing under the shade of the walnut tree. Buy some macadamia brittle to accompany your walk around the orchard.
