It's like all the animals came forward and posed for their photo! Beautiful park, wonderful diversity and easy to navigate layout. Highly recommended for Adults and Children!

I got the combo ticket for the aquarium and gardens. The gardens are beautiful and are much larger than you might think walking up to the entrance. There are many paths and loops to pick from. The rose garden was stunning, the Japanese garden was very peaceful and they had a really cute miniature train/village garden. You can spend 2 hours in the gardens!

Enjoy a nice ramble along the shores of the Biological Park's "lake". Locals can be found fishing for trout along the shore's edge. For cyclists, a very nice bike path runs alongside the bosque. There are some nice pieces of sculptures to enjoy as you walk along the contours of the lake. Parking is sufficient and it is well worth the visit.

In a desert setting it was nice to find an area to walk that was green and lush. There is a path all around and it connects to the Rio Grande Trail. Lots of shade in the morning or evening.

My young teens loved the botanic gardens, bugarium, and aquarium. The kids fantasy area in the gardens where fun even saw a couple college age in this area. The aquarium is small and fun. Great fun on a cloudy day and cool day.

Really enjoyed bringing my family there. It's one of the highlights of Albuquerque for sure. I will for sure bring them back again year after year. Parking can get a little crazy.

The "River of Lights" at the bio-park in Albuquerque is amazing. A must see for all ages. Plan to come every December, we'll worth the trip.

I love botanical gardens and try to go to as many as possible around the world. Found this one to be a bit underwhelming. I was hoping for a lot of southwestern/desert plants, but there was just a small area that had cacti, succulents, etc. The Japanese area was pretty nice. There is a kids area. At least the $14 fee also gets you in to the aquarium (which is also so-so).

We visited the Aquarium and the Gardens. The aquarium is small and okay. The botanical gardens are not very impressive. We did see the resident porcupine up in the arbor and that was cool. We went on a weekday and there were very few people there. It was a relaxing way to spend the afternoon, but I wouldn't go back.

The Aquarium will need at least an hour and the Zoo at least 2+ hours. The Biological Park will need 2+ hours. Enjoy

There is not a hotel at the botanical gardens. So, not sure what hotel you're talking about, but Albuquerque does have a pretty good bus system.
I cannot find prices on any website and was wondering what they were like?

If you are from out of state the combo tickets form Zoo,aquarium, and botanical gardens is about 20 dollars for adult and about 6 for 12 yrs and under. Tickets a little less for just the zoo or aquarium.
Worth the price for all. Go early to zoo and spend the warm afternoon in the aquarium.
