Was very pleasantly surprised by this place. The pineapple coconut Thai basil was so flavorful. The mochi is fluffy. And the hot dessert soups are a great change from the ordinary.

Unique dessert experience. Extremely refreshing and satisfying. The family that runs this business is very kind, friendly and helpful. Portions are very large. This is far beyond the typical Hawaiian shaved ice

Came here with an O’ahu local who spoke highly of it and was not disappointed. The Snow Ice here was as delicious as it was satiating. Quick and friendly service with extremely generous portions. This helped complete my first visit to O’ahu and I will certainly be back.

I never liked shaved ice. The artificial flavor, the artificial color, and the clumpy ice was not something I’d like to eat. But my husband and a friend convinced me to come to Frostcity. And I’m loving it. They used fresh fruits. There was no crunchy ice. It was smooth as silk. Shaved ice cream. I’ve never had anything like this. If I wasn’t leaving already, I’d come back for a different flavor. They all looked so good.

Yummy. We LOVED this place! Went back again on our last day just to have it one more time. Nutella flavor was our favorite !

This isn't your typical shaved ice, but it is delicious and the presentation is beautiful. Mango tasted just like eating a fresh mango. Cookies and cream was not so good. We love that they have shelves of board games to play while you're there.

This is not your traditional Hawaiian shaved ice. I came recommended by a friend and appreciated trying something new, but I will not be returning. It’s not that there was something inherently wrong, it’s just that there are better options on the island. Try for yourself as tastes vary from person to person.

On a particularly hot day I decided to try this cold dessert place. While looking at the variety of interesting flavors (including black sesame, peanut, and durian) I decided to try the coconut. And I can say it's delicious! The ice is shaved from blocks made out of the flavor so each bite has an even amount of flavor. You can add other side items like fresh fruit to your dish. I will definitely come back for more.

This was my first visit and we just happened to drive by it. It has the best flavored snow i've ever tasted. The bonus is the fun games and atmosphere this place provides. What a novel idea to provide fun board and card games for your patrons as you wait for your dessert... my kids loved it. We played Candyland and Uno while eating our dessert. I had the green tea and lychee.... which was phenomenal! The sides of lychee caviar and pineapple gelatin was delicious!!! My kids enjoyed the chocolate with a fudge drizzle... I will be coming back!!
